Woke up to a bed bug crawling on me. I took a video and grabbed all my stuff to check out. Brought the bed bug down stairs on a wash cloth was told I would get a refund…. That hasn’t happened

Hampton Inns are one of my preferred hotels due to the friendliness of the staff, the healthy and fresh options offered during breakfast, more sustainability minded decisions, and the overall condition of the property. This one lacked those qualities and missed that Hampton Inn feel. Think cheaper hotel experience and that about sums up this property. I’ll choose somewhere else on future business trips to this area.
