For a Hilton/Hampton hotel this was very underwhelming. Booked a king room with a pullout sofa and the bed in it was broken. I tried to move rooms and the front desk told me they were all booked up, which was funny because on the way in the girl at the desk said "it should be nice and quiet up there you got the floor to yourselves." Then they would only give me 1 pillow for the couch. Wall had a patched hole not painted, some yellow substance running down the wall, the carpet was sticky in the room and coming up in the hallway. The tile in the elevator was busted and had a giant hole in it. The elevator was broken on checkout we had to walk all our stuff down the stairs. Overall very rundown, and disgusting. The girl at the desk was apathetic to any situation we had. To rub a little salt in the wound, the bathroom had no soap in the dispenser and I ended up leaving my shower gel by mistake.
