The lady was rude. She asked me several times if I had a pet or service animal. I said no each time. She said no one could visit me. It was 11:00 at night on a 1 night stay. The place is filthy, no coffee in the room.

My rating is based mostly on the fact that their housekeeping here is severely sub-par. If the halls/rooms don’t reek of cigarette smoke, you’re guaranteed to get thin comforters on your bed that have cigarettes burn holes all over them. I checked back into the same room I previously had, days ago and the shower still had MY hair plastered to the side of the shower wall. The floors clearly do not get vacuumed either, as the same mess I left the last stay was STILL on the floor. The area is sketchy, but at least it’s better lit outside with the new OnCue directly across from the hotel. The night stands and table in the room all always sticky just like the walls, which are covered in sticky filth. The beds are also extremely uncomfortable and guaranteed to give you back pain.
