Toilet was disgusting. Blood smeared on front of toilet seat. Feces covered the rim of the bowl. I left 4hrs. after arrival.

Staff was very nice. The ice machine was getting replaced and the wall unit needed to be replaced. ( which the hotel told us at checkout.) Major hotel with a small town feel

Yes, but I have stayed at this hotel five times this year and the ice machine has not worked for any of those stays. It is an essential for travelers.

Be prepared for interrogations

My stay was fine, however around 10:30 pm, I mentioned to one of the employees there was a lot of noise in the hall (kids running and yelling, adults speaking loudly, walls or doors being hit or run into) and wondered what was going on, a short while later, 10:45 pm a different employee, a male, came knocking on my door to inquiring I complained, at least that is what I was told he wanted when I asked a female employee if she was aware he had knocked on my door, I was in the bathroom getting in the shower and a friend was there with me and she told me who was at the door. I find it a little odd that the male employee would come to question a venal guest, late at night, about her inquiring why it was so noisy. Kind of intimidating to be honest. At least this stay they didn’t track every time I left and came back to the hotel like they have before
