Studio 4 has an additional twin-sized pull-out sofa. There is a full bathroom with a shower. Wall-mounted mini-splits provide both cool/heat for each studio; your space has its own temperature control.
A shared laundry room is available for guest use in the lower level.
There is a parking lot with off-street parking for 1 vehicle per unit.
