The Twin Bedroom is decorated in a Jungle theme with Kuzco's pet panther to greet you. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.

The living room has a 42' flat-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of movies for the family, with comfy sofas - one of which is a sleeper sofa. Also available is an XBOX with a selection of games. Free local and long distance calls within the US.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

We can provide a high chair or a Pack N Play fold out crib UPON REQUEST.

This second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft with a private screened-in balcony. The second floor condo is a short 2-3 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and free parking is available immediately outside the condo.

We have a key-less door entry system - you do not need to go to a check-in office first.
