Great stay at Sonder Cirrus! Staff were extremely helpful with concerns, pool area was well kept, as well as rooms were clean and well equipped! Walking distance to anything you need, and shuttle to Disney parks (except animal kingdom) was a plus! Can’t beat this for the price

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Only reason I rated it low was because the towels that were hung up when we arrived were very dirty, which made us question the whole cleanliness of the room😭😭😭

This property was great for proximity to Disney and dining options. The Pool area seems nice, although it was too cold for us to enjoy this time. They also have many activities around to enjoy

Room had a foul odour when we arrived which the hotel was not willing to rectify. Staff on-site were not pleasant, although staff I dealt with on the phone were pleasant and actually worked to try to address the issue. Ultimately, our only recourse was to cancel the reservation and try to find a hotel at the last minute.

I believe this place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and they were very responsive. I enjoyed my stay here at Sondor. The only thing that was an issue for me in the rooms was that there was not enough light during the day. There are lamps in the rooms, I would have wanted to brighten the room more during the day. 9.5 out of 10!! Check them out!

Good hotel

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Everything is done virtually so you don’t have to go to a front desk to check in/out. We had a plumbing issue and they resolved it quickly. Only complaint is more/brighter lighting is need in the room. Only had 3 soft light lamps and a light between the beds. Perhaps an overhead or fluorescent light. All else was great.

Cannot beat the price. If that’s all you’re concerned about- yes the pricing is accurate, and this is a real place. The property was decent, ample parking, staff were friendly. There is no on site restaurant, but many around within walking distances. The Disney Parks shuttle service was very deceiving as it only went once or twice per day, and not to ever park. This added an extra park expense we did not anticipate. The room was extremely damp. Getting into bed the first night, our blankets were damp and itchy. The bedding: We compared the comforter to a duvet filled with rolled up socks. We had asked for a second comforter to fill in the lumpy gaps, and we received a second lumpy comforter that didn’t cover the bed completely. The sheets felt like cardboard. Definitely not for extended stays as the mini fridge is a micro fridge. There is a wardrobe with a few hangers, not nearly enough for extended stays. And no drawers, with no closet. Our luggage was left out in the open. Also, no safe. The walls are extremely thin. Even with earplugs we were constantly woken up. Being next to the parking lot gate made for constant clanging of the metal latch/door all hours day/night. I had personally spoken to a representative about booking a certain floor, with a pool view. I even double checked. 3 days before our stay I received an email saying we were on the main floor and parking lot view. Very disappointing.

Being near a stairway it was very noisy, Hotel and staff v nice , anything required was available, nice modern hotel . Its a shame we were woken early with carts for the bin emptied n dirty towels , children running around extremely early ,which is not the hotels fault, just parents with no respect for other guests .
