I ended up being sick the moment I check-in, but the room was amazing, and the staff was very sweet, I appreciated the amenties, and the laundry room was a major plus for me, I wish I got to do more in osaka but the cold there kept me hitting me hard.

The staff was super helpful and I appreciated the early check-in. The room was smartly designed and very clean; however, it would have been great to have just a little more drawer space for unpacking. I also felt that the bar, Wxyz, was well priced for drinks. The hotel location made easy for me to get around this huge city, with close access to Ōsaka Station.

The only complaint would be a blaring alarm at about 7am stating “a few moments ago we stated there might be a fire but there is no fire”. Except they never had an announcement about a possible fire before that and they made the no fire announcement roughly 7 times. Everything else was great and the staff was amazing!
