Great hotel close to transport.

Really great and easy to get around from this hotel. The beds are super hard like most japan beds but was incredibly comfortable with heat and cooling and lighting and showering. Was brilliant in most regards. A walk left out of the hotel for 5 to 10 minutes brings a great alley of food and shopping. Best breakfast ..

Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Especially the bar staff. I was not allowed to use the tables downstairs to work after hours so had to go to a bar outside hotel. Perhaps that is custom for Japan.

- Bottled Water in room was nice touch - Room was nice if small - I do wish there were more places to set luggage/things in general. Only one side of the bed had a charging station which was kind of annoying. - Great amenities - Beside a subway station so easy access to get around

Great quick stay

The staff was helpful in arranging for early morning transportation to the airport and support with my luggage to my room. I had extra suitcases because I was traveling following a work event. I wish the rooms were slightly larger so that larger suitcases could open. However, the rooms were clean and felt new, which was nice and relaxing. Heat and lights are controlled by a keypad next to the bed. I had 1 overnight stay, so I didn't stay long enough to use all the amenities. It was easy to get to the metro from this location.

Easy access to subway. Laundry facility is available and no need for detergent, it’s automated. No coins either, it’s only payable online. As everything in Japan, the room is small so if you have plenty of luggage it’s gonna be a tight fit.

Great location. Cool amenities. The washer is weak and the dryer even weaker. Had to do 2 hours drying and still damp. I also did not like the hidden fee when I checked in. That was lame. The rest is great tho

This hotel was great. Very clean, very friendly staff. The location is great since it’s right next to Keihan City Mall and the station below it, which served as great landmarks. I visited during the new year, so the restaurant was closed, and there was very few restaurants in the area. The area itself is quiet, but the train station is right across the street for finding the livelier parts of Osaka. We received a carton of water each day, and the amenities were easily accessible without having to bother a worker.
