The space is good, the only downside is no elevator.

Just a heads up, there’s no elevators available so if you do some shopping be prepared to carry your heavy luggage’s upstairs. Also, the property claimed to have washers available and there wasn’t any. Lastly, I found cockroaches in room. On the bright side he would reply back when I would message with questions or concerns.

There is no elevator which we knew going into the booking, but if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to haul it up several flights of narrow stairs. Their beds were the softest we've had in our whole month trip and even in Tokyo we keep saying how much we miss the beds. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and a burner with kitchen tools and a single pot and pan for cooking. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book this again.

The traditional rooms with the tatami mat floor was very cool, but one of the paper shutters was broken. There also is not a freezer, but it may also not be needed for some guests.

When I first entered the room, I was scared of the cockroaches I saw. It was good that there was a spray provided. The washing machine listed on the website is not installed. The problem is that the refrigerator doesn't get cold at all. This is a great hotel if you just want to stay overnight. Amenities and towels are always provided, the room is clean, and the air conditioner works. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

何かの間違いであってほしい。

スタンダードダブルルームに宿泊しましたが、 記載事項との相違点が多々ありすぎて、呆れてしまいました。 (以下、"部屋の設備とサービス"欄の記載との相違) •シャワー、浴槽別 →浴槽はなく、0.5畳ほどの洗面台と兼用のシャワールームがあるだけでした。 •洗浄機付トイレ →ウォシュレットどころか暖房便座でさえありませんでした。 •冷蔵庫 →ありませんでした。 •その他 →①部屋の中に非常口案内灯があり、部屋の明かりを消しても煌々とついていました。 　②布団カバーの一部が変色していましたり(いろいろ虚偽記載があったので些細な変色さえ気になる) 　③エアコンのフィルターにびっちりと埃が付いており、知らずに使ったところ鼻のムズムズが止まりませんでした。 この相違は "客室ごとに異なるインテリア"、 "客室ごとに異なる家具"という記載で許されるレベルではない。
