There are all modern comforts: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, safe in each room, coffee maker, TV, stereo, bookshelves, hair dryer, alarm system and video surveillance, iron and ironing board, heaters etc. Pets are allowed.

The prestigious mansion with swimming pool, immersed in the green countryside of Ostuni, covers an estate of four hectares. It overlooks hills of olive trees and the nearby village of Ceglie Messapica.
Lesclusiva swimming pool (18 x 6 m) is a cool oasis of well-being overlooked by the main body of Casa Murredda and the complex of ancient rural dwellings formed by 3 trulli and the lamia Jacaranda, completely modernized and made of luxury annexes.
Every detail is designed to fit in full harmony with the aesthetics of the landscape, such as the large panoramic veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors overlooking the pool.

The interiors of #Casa Murredda are spacious and bright, featuring retractable windows overlooking the pool and the surrounding nature in a continuous dialogue of shapes and colors.
The main body of the villa consists of a bright living room with flat-screen TV and fireplace, a professional kitchen with pantry, a guest bathroom with shower, and 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The dwelling overlooks the panoramic patio equipped with curtains, outdoor furniture and ceiling blades.
Lamia Jacaranda is a detached outbuilding furnished with spacious double bedroom and en suite shower room.
Finally, the beautiful trulli Carrubo, Gelso and Melograno, each with its own entrance, remodeled, house 3 double bedrooms all complete with en suite shower rooms.

Casa Murredda is a unique villa, with bright beauty and excellent finishes, quality materials chosen and fine details. In addition, there is the opportunity to take advantage of housekeeping, laundry and typical kitchen services on site.
The extra-luxury estate is in an excellent position to reach all the most charming places in the Valle d`Itria valley such as the beautiful villages of Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca. Just 20 minutes by car there are also the sandy beaches of Monticelli, Rosa Marina and Torre Guaceto, a protected nature reserve.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 350, payable on-site. 
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Not drinkable water.
- The solution is composed of a central house unit, a complex of three trulli and a "làmia".
