Outside, the kitchen opens to the sky, while the large patio and the Mediterranean garden (over one hectare) invite you to relax.
The heated pool, carved in the rock and surrounded by vegetation, offers hydromassage and sea view: a small private paradise.

A few kilometers away you can visit the famous white city of Ostuni and the crystal clear waters of the Torre Guaccio Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is âŹ100.00.
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of âŹ89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of âŹ200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guestsâ responsibility.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If it is not done, âŹ55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of âŹ55.00.
3.Pets are allowed. A cleaning supplement of âŹ120,00 per pet will be required.

5. At the time of check-in the customer will have to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Ostuni equal to ⏠2.00 per day per person depending on the season.
