Athletes' Place - An ideal choice for All Star Village tournament families - Athlete's Place is less than a 5 minute drive. This welcoming home is located in a quiet residential setting and has a large yard. It features a recent addition which includes a screened-in sun room - a perfect place for summertime dining.

The recent renovation created an open floor plan with a large living room that flows into a contemporary kitchen. It is an ideal area for families to gather and share time while they prepare meals. The user-friendly kitchen is a chef's delight! The dining room is just off the kitchen.

The open floor plan continues into a den just off the living area. This 4 bedroom home has 1 bedroom on first floor with a bath en suite and another bath off the common area. Three bedrooms and a bath are located on the second floor. A basketball hoop is available for family fun.

Great Spot

Game for a Cooperstown for the boys tournament. Amazing house, great location within 5 min from All Star Village, owners were great! Highly Recommend

All-Star Village, Perfection!

From amenities to the location this house was perfect for three families to stay with room to spare. We packed for a cold experience in Cooperstown and ended up with a heat wave. The house stayed nice and cool! During game breaks/rain outs it was nice to only be 5 mins from the fields. We had enough space to have players and their parents over for a cookout with wiiffleball and a basketball shoot out. Owner was very responsive and the house is less than 10 mins from food shops and restaurants.

Incredible CASV Accommodation!

This place was perfect - huge thanks to the owners/hosts! They were great with every aspect from check-in to check-out. We tried to be low maintenance but did have a few questions throughout the stay, and the owners were very responsive and helpful. The home had everything we could ask for and was super clean. Like many guests (I assume), we were in town for a baseball tournament, and I have a younger son coming in three years so we will definitely be looking to reserve the same place.

Great location

Cannot beat the location and distance to the field. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the larger kitchen area to cook and hang out. The beds could have been more comfortable and like most houses in the area some of the rooms had window units instead of central a.c. so the bedrooms stayed warmer than we would have preferred. They were very communicative for check in and check out.

Perfect spot for CASV

Less than 5 min from the fields of CASV. Plenty of driveway parking space for 3 cars. Propane gas grill, big yard for wiffleball, and a basketball hoop to entertain the kids not playing in the tournament. Reliable wifi, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. No restaurants on this side of town but with a spacious kitchen you'll want to cook your own meals anyways. We had three sets of parents so one family that slept upstairs had to use one of the two downstairs bathrooms because there is only one upstairs. Kinda inconvenient but we had to make it work. Each bathroom had a shower so no families had to share, which was very nice. We played board games, puzzles, and watched TV to pass the time after our team was eliminated. Lots of blankets and chairs to sit and read. Very cozy place. Walmart, Hannaford (grocery store), and restaurants were 15-20 min away. This was the 3rd yr our baseball program rented this house and I think it will continue to be the first choice. The owner was very responsive when the fridge stopped working. He got us a almost full size fridge and two coolers with ice, but the original fridge never was repaired and returned so we (6 adults, 2 teenagers) had to squeeze all our groceries efficiently into the mini fridge. Not ideal, but the situation was uncontrollable and we did the best to adapt. No issues in the bathrooms, kitchen, but the washer and dryer are a little finicky; dully functional but have to be patient with them. Overall this place is the place to be. Hope you enjoy your time at CASV!
