I was not impressed with the Valet service , we were in Ottawa for a hockey game and waiting for our vehicle after giving hours of notice delayed us leaving the hotel by 25 minutes and almost made us late for the game, and then at check out , our car was not ready again. The restaurants closed earlier than they we were told they would. We also called before booking with this hotel to make sure the roof top fire tables would be available. And they were not. I was very very disappointed as this was one of the deciding factors in choosing a hotel. I would have stayed closer to the arena had I known the restaurant ,the bar and the fire tables were not going to be available as promised. Also, the shower head is not working properly. Very disappointing!

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were nicely decorated and was a comfortable place to stay. However, the room thermostat did not work, and even after this was brought to the attention of the concierge, no remedy was offered or explained to us. Even with the window open at -15 C, the positive air pressure in the room prevented it from getting cooler than 22 C. The shower wand, while a nice addition, would droop and be otherwise useless. The bathroom was lovely but my wife tells me the lighting was poor over the sink for putting on any makeup. These may be nit-picky items, but they stood out in an otherwise pleasant hotel.
