I had a wonderful stay at the Andaz Ottawa and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The reception staff, especially Anjalee and Gee, were outstanding—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself is spotless, with an obvious attention to cleanliness in both common areas and the room. My room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt polished yet friendly. Andaz Ottawa delivers excellent service, comfort, and quality, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Hotel was well ran, clean and comfortable. I had ordering breakfast at the restaurant, avocado toast with poached eggs. The avocado was at least a day old, dark in color and tasted old. The eggs were cold and i sent the plate back to the kitchen. They were good about it but there is no reason for it to be served that way.

This hotel looks like it was once nice, but now is dirty and tired. Feels as if it hasn’t been maintained. Rooms are dirty, hallways are dirty, wallpaper is peeling. Mini bar was empty. Towels are stained. Gym was filthy, and no towels and no water. It’s too bad, you can see this could have been a great place.
