Great stay overall but lacked dining options for Sunday nights— waited in the phone for close to 40 minutes to speak with someone about room service, just to be passed to another voicemail. Although Sundays are quiet, it doesn’t mean that food options should be limited.

Great Experience

The room was great! Had an amazing view of parliament, and the rooftop views are gorgeous at night. Valet parking was a seamless experience and they handled my car flawlessly! All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating the whole way through. The restaurant was also a nice touch, such amazing food! Only thing I can say is online it said the room was soundproof but me and my partner tested this theory by one coughing while the other was in the hallway and we could hear each other lol!

Nice clean and modern hotel with efficient check-in and check-out. Well furnished rooms including a fridge, bistro tables with chairs, and blackout blinds. Rooms have a good layout. Beds are great. The only downside was the pillows… they completely flatten when you put your head on them… even when you stack two pillows together. I would stay here again but I would want to bring my own pillow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Andaz. Location was ideal - close to the Market and easy walk to Partiament Hill. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room had all the conveniences and was very comfortable & clean.

I talked to the front desk about nasty stains that I didn’t see until the morning on both the carpet and the loveseat. The one on the loveseat looked like bodily fluids. I don’t care to specify. They told me I would be contacted about possible vouchers to come back and have a better experience or a partial refund, but I never got a message.

The facility was nicely renovated. 16th Floor patio would be very good for couple's night while enjoying some Ottawa night sight. KEEP IN MIND: CURRENT CONSTRUCTION BESIDE the BUILDING!!!! NOISE ALERT.
