It’s a horrible location and sometime outlets in our room didn’t work The pool is so tiny and gross. Food was limited, no restaurant. But everything else was clean and I like that all the entrances were locked and the parking garage.

The room was very clean, the shower had decent water pressure too!! The breakfast staff was amazing, we stayed for 2 nights and there was a variety of foods each morning. Lots of sitting area to eat. The pool was fun, it is chlorine, not a Salt water and it was cloudy when we went down both nights around 9pm, but we still made it fun :-)

Hotel is great, surrounding area is not.

The hotel itself is great. The only downfall is the area. Although it is very close to the Byward Market, and downtown Ottawa, the surrounding area is run down and I felt unsafe walking from the hotel to the Byward Market.

PRICE / QUALITY : Worth it

It was really good. Room are not as renovated or new as they appeared in their website pictures. Curtain was old and the light entered from the sides of the window. The room and bathroom were spotless clean. Towels and sheets were spotless clean as well. Near everything (mall, restaurants, stores, market) Price / quality : worth it ... we'll consider coming back in the future. Breakfast was good and a wide choice
