The parking what can i say. Limited packed and very tight. You have to be an expert driver not to scratch your or your neighbors car . Getting and out is just as hazardous. Parking spots are extremely tight. Built for small European cars at best.

I’ll skip straight to the cons: - Parking Situation: There’s no designated parking for arrivals. You must check in first and get a key card before accessing the underground parking area. This means you’ll likely have to stop in a no-parking zone (if there’s space available) for 5–10 minutes while you go to reception to check in and get the card. - Breakfast Experience: The breakfast setup is frustrating. There aren’t enough tables to accommodate all guests, and the buffet station is located in a separate room, creating long lines and overcrowding. Expect a wait.

The hotel itself was wonderful! No fuss, very clean and convenient to get to byward market and the shopping centre. It was also close to the central building attractions. The pool water could use a little of cleaning though

The hotel had no onsite parking available. Had to walk 10 mins to get car in pouring rain. Lots of homeless and drug users in the are of the hotel. The room met the expected standards of a holiday Inn but A/C had a loud hum which kept waking us up, every time it came on. The hotel itself was fine but they need to fix parking issues.

Family hub right across from it. Not feeling safe around the area. The main issue is that the front desk staff has an attitude problem. That day, parking was full. The staff informed my wife that parking was full and she needed to park elsewhere instead of underground. My wife was only asking if valet parking was available for an additional fee. It was just an extra question. The front desk staff responded to my wife this way: "Do you understand what I just said? There is no parking; it has nothing to do with money." This type of response is inappropriate for a hotel guest who is about to check in. Management should remind its staff what constitutes good customer service, especially since this hotel is not located in a particularly secure area.

Parking is first come first served so if there is no space available, you have to park offsite and there is very limited space to park in the lane while you unload your luggage and check in. There were so many cars double parked while people were checking in and finding out there were no parking spots left. Also, when we called the front desk for extra Kleenex and toilet paper, it didn’t come. The area around the hotel is not great. Hotel looks pretty clean, beds were comfy (but shower pressure was not great) and close enough to Byward Market but will stay somewhere else when we visit Ottawa again.

Clean room and very convenient to market and downtown. Breakfast was very good and we chose this hotel because it was included in price. Affordable. Great parking garage and only $20. We’ll be back!

Shout our to Elizabeth, Marie, Mabel and Sandra! They were so friendly and helpful during breakfast and Sandra even offered to take a photo of our family. My parents truly enjoyed their stay in Ottawa and we look forward to coming back to this hotel again! The room, the lobby, and the breakfast area were all clean. We also enjoyed using the pool and gym! The only feedback is to please repaint the lowest level of underground parking. Cannot remember, either p3 or p4, but the entire walls was covered with shoe prints. It was not one area, but the whole entire floor had what looked like vandalism and a deliberate defacement of property. It was a horrifying, shocking and unsightly experience.
