Nestled behind Grand Bear Resort and Water Park, and just minutes from the stunning Starved Rock, Matthiessen, and Buffalo Rock State Parks, this spacious 1,800 sq. ft. villa offers a perfect retreat for up to 7 guests Whether you're exploring nature, relaxing, or enjoying local attractions, this villa is your home away from home.

The villa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a single sleeper sofa, a private vanity with sink, and a luxurious jetted tub. There’s also a cozy fireplace in the master suite, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a double sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have private balconies with serene outdoor views.

Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a second fireplace and a 55” smart TV featuring streaming apps like Netflix, PrimeVideo, and Hulu. The room is perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware essentials you need. Step outside to your private patio or enjoy the common grilling area, just steps from the living room. A new washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, and there's ample overflow parking.

The villa provides hotel-quality bedding, towels, and linens, as well as essentials like soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen staples. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa, and a newly installed water softening system ensures a refreshing shower after a day of exploring.

Located within walking distance to Grand Bear Resort, you’ll have access to a park for children, a gazebo with an outdoor bar, a mini golf area, and a water park (entrance not guaranteed; subject to capacity limits). Please note that mini golf and water park passes are sold separately by the resort and are not included in your booking. The place was wonderful! Very clean. The hot tub and fire place was a hige plus. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The beds were a bit harder than we liked, but that's a personal preference. The biluilding letters are hard to find and see in the dark, especially in the rain. My gps did not take me directly to the right building. But we eventually found it. I do recommend to map out which building you are in, if youre arriving in the dark.

The condo was fantastic—exactly as pictured! The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with high-end appliances. We came to the area to hike at Starved Rock State Park, and this was the perfect place to stay. It was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The host was great—very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
