The staff was great, but we were suppose to have an accessible room, but they claim they didn’t receive that info from Travelocity. That was my big, big complaint!! The hotel was trying to be as accommodating as they could to us!!!

Rooms on the first floor are not handicap friendly. A steep ramp, no ac in the hallway. Popcorn ceiling is dirty. Beds are comfy, room was clean. Overall it was a bust with anyone requiring oxygen or. Reds assistance walking. Poor choice!!

I would like to express my deepest apologies for the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and the drop ceilings being not as clean as we would like them to be. We are in the middle of doing some updates and the ceilings are on the list for an overall. I was happy that you found our rooms to be clean and beds comfortable. My only wish is that you would have let our Front Desk Staff know that you required a handicap room upon arrival. Seeing that you booked through a third party the room you chose was a first floor suite which is not our handicap room. We do have a lovely handicap accessible room available if you are ever find your way back to us. Again I thank you for your review and I hope you will give us another chance to show you why we are an award winning Property.

The separate sink, double suitcase stands were the best. Also bigger coffee pot compared to other ones. Great staff too.
