Terrible
We lost electricity on our first night and sparks were coming out of the kitchen wall. We called the emergency number and they responded quickly but we were told not to use the kitchen equipment and could not cook our dinner. We then lost all the electricity overnight (lights and heating as well as the kitchen) and moved out the next day. In addition workmen were working outside of bedroom and bathroom windows which did not have any coverings. We had to put up clothes to enable us to use the rooms. We were not notified of this work before we arrived. The office were not aware of the emergency we had experienced overnight when we visited the next day, they should have been. The staff offered two alternative accommodations and we accepted one. No compensation has been offered to us for our first nights electrical issues, the work outside the first flat, the effort of moving during our holiday or the inconvenience of lack of parking in the second accommodation. This is not acceptable and we would not recommend this apartment nor the managing agents
