Completed in 2004, and located in the prestigious South Palm Springs neighborhood of Andreas Hills, this solar powered estate is located on over a 15,000 sq ft private lot featuring manicured hedges, mature palms, colorful bougainvillea, lagoon-shaped pool with tanning shelf, five-hole putting green, bubbling spa with waterfall, Misting system, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, gas fire pit and even a regulation height basketball hoop. A stone entry with wrought iron gate, 4-car motor court, furnished covered patios, stone pool deck and mountain views complete the exterior features of this luxury vacation estate.

**A special feature of the home is a water softening system that improves water quality which provides softer skin, shinier hair and cleaner looking clothes.  

Upon entering the 4,578 sq ft custom built vacation home, you’ll notice an elegant yet rustic ambiance typical of Mediterranean villas. You’ll especially notice the fine details including slate tile floors, stone walls, crown moldings, automated blinds, recessed lighting, ornate wood doors and cabinets, bronze hardware, granite countertops, skylights, plantation shutters, Sub-Zero and Viking kitchen appliances and more. The estate features five bedroom suites, each with private bathroom, oversized closet and flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have King size beds and walk-in closets. The fifth bedroom is an attached private guest house with a full kitchen and living room. A private office with two large workstations affords guests a private work space when needed.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, two nightstands, large entertainment center with 50” TV, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. Palm Springs sunshine enters the master bedroom through four large windows and a glass door that opens to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted bathtub, dual vanities with granite countertops, a step-down walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet with enhanced built-ins.

Guest bedroom 1 has a King size bed, 40” TV and walk-in closet. It also has a private bath with bathtub/shower combo.

Guest bedroom 2 has a King size bed, 50” TV and walk-in closet. Its private bath features a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling stone tile.

Guest bedroom 3 has a King size bed, 40” TV and walk-in closet. Its private bath features a bathtub/shower combo.

Guest bedroom 4 is an attached private guest house with King size bed, 50” TV, full kitchen, sitting area and private furnished patio. Its private bath features a bathtub/shower combo.

In addition to the five bedrooms, the home has a large family room with 55" TV, pool table, gas fireplace, large sectional and mountain view. The family room is conveniently located next to the gourmet kitchen.

The kitchen has a Dacor double oven and six-burner stove top. Other appliances include a Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Viking wine refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Chefs will also enjoy the high-quality cookware, granite countertops, walk-in pantry and appreciate the choices of several dinnerware, flatware and glassware options. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast bar with four stools.

Overlooking the pool and mountains, this Palm Springs vacation home features a gracious formal dining room with an elegant wood table and seating for ten.

Conveniently located next to the dining room is the formal living room with gas fireplace, plush sofa and two oversized chairs.

Paradise in the desert. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was available. The check in was perfect, everything was explained to us. Which was good because of all the light switches and controls for the outside area. I definitely would rate this property as 5 star.

The house was beautiful and accommodated everyone! Prop manager was very accessible and helpful. The house is in the middle of no where and cell service is nonexistent. Otherwise the wifi was great and we had an awesome time!

Perfect house for large group groups of adults!

We had an absolute amazing time!We stayed for Coachella weekend with a large group of friends and it was absolutely perfect. Every room has its own bathroom and king size bed, which is amazing and hard to find. The outdoor area was perfect. The host was super accommodating and responded quickly. We will absolutely be staying there again next year! Only 3 points to note about this property 1. There is absolutely no outside music, which is a little bit of a bummer but we have stayed at many Palm Springs homes and we know this is outside the homeowners control. 2. There is absolutely no cell service! Wifi was provided so we could still make Wi-Fi calls, but text messages were extremely spotty. Again, no fault of the homeowner just worth noting.3. No keyless entry. If you are staying with a big group of people, you will need a physical key to get into the property.That was just a mild Inconvenience since we didn’t have enough keys for all the guest, but I would not let that deter you from booking this property.Thanks again! see you next year!

40th Birthday Getaway

It was our first time to Palm Springs. We had the experience of a lifetime!! We had amazing communication with the host. They made my 40th birthday magical. This property is AMAZING!! They make it sooo easy to check in and out. The pool and spa were so clean and so easy to operate. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. Amazing location close to downtown Palm Springs. A master suite for all my friends with their own bathroom was glorious. No fighting over rooms. Every room is awesome! Palm Springs is totally a vibe city and this property is no different. Thanks again Kenny and Josh for making my 40th unforgettable. Can’t wait until next time!

Space, location, and luxury

We needed a large house to handle our 3 generation family of 9. This house easily accommodated the whole gang with no trouble. Lots of space and plenty to do. The kids spent hours in the hot tub and pool, on the putting green, and generally running around the property. We took advantage of the very large outdoor dining table that was completely shaded from the sun. The outdoor grill and prep area was a dream. The kitchen was very well outfitted. Loved the location--I walked to the Garstin trailhead to hike the trail and could have done the same for the South Lykken and Frank Bogert trails. Also, a very short drive to Indian Canyons and the Smoke Tree shops and restaurants are close by. We requested an early check in and the manager readily accommodated us. We had one issue with a cold water valve in one of the showers and a plumber was out the next day to fix it. Very responsive management company! We are already checking our granddaughters' schedules for another stay next year.

Perfect layout for a large group

Birthday Getaway

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday in PS with my really close friends for this milestone and this was the perfect place to relax and to enjoy this occasion. The property was extremely comfortable with beautiful rooms, high end yet approachable. Spacious!! Great property to stay at with couples. Each room has their own bathroom which is always a bonus. Amenities inside as well as outside are well thought out! When arriving, the property manager Josh, was very nice and helpful while we went through the house, he shows you how to operate the amenities and patiently answers any questions you may have. The best property we have rented in PS over the past 6 years. If you have a group of 8-10 people, this is the house for you! So comfortable, amazing decor. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. We had a huge morning brunch, there was ample supplies in the kitchen to cover all. Everyone can be spaced out, each bedroom has its own full bath. 3 car garage to keep your vehicles out of the sun. Plenty of pool towels to go around ! All controls/switches labeled/pool, hot tub controls labeled for easy use. Perfect location, just a few minutes to downtown and the grocery store. We will definitely be booking this amazing home again in the future.

House was beautiful. Overall everything was great. The only negative was I guess the niegborhood is really strict on the no outside music policy. We were told its a $2k ticket so we were very quiet. Sucks you cant have light music while doing bbq by the pool. Other than that everything was great.

Beautiful home and backyard conveniently located near two excellent golf courses. We loved the spacious great room/kitchen layout, complete with pool table. Each bedroom had its own bathroom - perfect for our couples group. We will definitely be back. Can’t imagine a more perfect home in Palm Springs.

Beautiful large home

We had a fun and relaxing stay at this home! It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood less than a 10 min drive from the scenic Andreas Trail hike, and around 10 minutes to the cute downtown. The pool was perfect with a shallow large step for the little ones to play in. We had a room that seemed to heat more than others, and the manager was prompt in coming to assess and help. Would definitely stay again!

Family Fun Vacation

Great location! How was.perfect ans i loved.that each bedroom was and ensuite so we didnt have to share bathrooms. We used the Jacuzzi and he dining room table was perfect Just a great vacation. acation

Great house overall

The overall space, furniture, energy of this house was excellent. The images of the basketball court, pool, and putting green give the viewer a somewhat larger perception than is actually there. That's not a complaint at all but rather just noting that those areas are somewhat compact -- especially the basketball court. The pool waterfall features and overall functionality was excellent as well. I highly recommend this house.
