Located in Tahquitz River Estates, this completely renovated 3 ensuite bedroom, 3 bath home is waiting for your arrival. With 2300 square feet of interior space and many high end upgrades, you will never want to leave.

The interior living space of this home features a large flat screen SMART TV with cable service and will allow you to log into your favorite television apps with your log-in’s such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. (This is operated by a remote located on the mantle). The fully stocked kitchen is ready for the chef to create magnificent meals, to be served either in the formal dining area with seating for 6, in the sun room which looks directly out to the fabulous backyard, or in the outdoor dining area which also seats 6.

At the end of your day you can retire to one of three master bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and has direct access to the attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and is also accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom features a Cal King bed and features an attached bathroom with a step in shower. The third bedroom also features a Cal King with an attached bathroom and a step in shower, and also allows for access to the backyard.
Wait until you step out into the backyard. The Salt Water pebble tech pool and spa are simply delightful to spend time in, as you take in the magnificent mountain views. This patio offers plenty of outdoor seating either to sunbathe or relax under the giant shade cover. A propane BBQ allows for great cookouts.
One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome at this home. Please be aware that although the front yard looks like it's enclosed, it is not. Be mindful and keep your dog on a leash at all times when in the front yard.
Super stylish and wonderfully welcoming at once, this home is the perfect place to come relax and enjoy the Palm Springs poolside lifestyle. If you do venture out, this home is conveniently situated directly between downtown Palm Springs nightlife, and South Palm Springs restaurants and shops such as Mister Lyons and Ace Hotel, a mile walk in either direction.

Beautiful set up for 6 girlfriends celebrating a 75th birthday. Nice having 3 master bedrooms. Loved that the doors open wide to the pool and timer on waterfall is very relaxing. Nice outdoor seating for coffee in the morning. Easy to walk to shops. We did have one non working toilet. Someone did come out late Sat afternoon and it took several hours to repair. We felt we had to stay there w him rather than go out, not wanting to leave him alone. He worked hard and fixed the problem but had to leave several times to get more equipment. We did have several problems w the alarm and the gate not working but it did not hinder our experience. We would stay there again. Very nice.

We had a wonderful stay here, the pool was the highlight! Gorgeous pool with shaded trees and waterfalls. The location was great, the house was clean and updated. We also loved the added ice maker and the bar area. Overall, we had a great weekend here.

The house was spacious and clean, conveniently located with lots of amenitiesWe had no issues with the house the service the booking all was good. I would recommend people advertising their homes for rental in dense neighborhoods to alert potential renters to all the restrictions, clearly explicitly and blatantly prior to taking their reservation. When you show up, they make it abundantly clear and big red letters of all these rules yet when you book it’s only in fine print buried in the contract things like no music by the pool even very low soft music. I think if the management company/ property owners can make it explicitly clear in big bold red print when you show up, they could do the same on the advertisement alerting you that it’s a dense neighborhood and has these restrictions. People going on vacation will naturally want to hear music while they’re sitting out by the pool . That would be the only recommendation I make. Otherwise, everything was presented in person as it was online and we had a great time.

Fantastic House!!

We loved our stay!! The house and pool surpassed the pictures and descriptions in the listing. So close to everything, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with mountain views. We booked again for the week of Thanksgiving we liked it so much. A great stay!!

Great house

We rented this house for Christmas week and it was fantastic. We loved the house, pool and hot tub. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Fireplace was cozy as we had some rainy days. Great location, very walkable to downtown PS.

A Beautiful Stay with Young Family

My family (2 adults, 3 young children) like to rent a house in Palm Springs once or twice a year. We've never stayed in the same place twice. This property was one of the best. We made our reservation late for a Labor Day weekend, so availability was limited. The photos of the property looked promising; however, the property exceeded our expectations. The owners have clearly taken great care. Given the age of the property, I assume that there must have been a gut renovation. The space is open, and flows very well. I was amazed at the quality of the appliances and furnishings. The property management service was fantastic. Although I was unfamiliar with having to check into a VRBO property at a main office, given the number of properties they manage, it makes sense. I also had the occasion to call the property manager twice during the stay. They sent someone out to address my concerns quickly. Absolutely no complaints.
