I have stayed at Best Western’s before but the Plus certainly makes a difference. The staff especially Scott (front desk) extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and always with a smile.

We had never been to Palm Springs so this hotel was a delight because it was very reminiscent of 1950s. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location was superb—only one block off the Main Street of Palm Spings. There was a delightful, moderately priced seafood market and cafe right across the street. Also breakfast was plentiful and good. We kept looking for the Rat Pack but no celebrity sightings.

Everything was magnificent other than the noise at night. It sounded like they were dropping dumpsters and shoveling glass bottles in the middle of the night. It woke me up 3 or 4 times. Other than that, great experience from the staff to the comfort levels of the room, to the selection of items at breakfast.
