The newly finished kitchen includes new cabinets, quartz counters with a glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and direct access to the outside! WHAT'S NEARBY
Enjoy this mid-century modern Alexander vacation home in the Twin Palms area of Palm Springs. Sitting in a great location a few blocks from the ACE Hotel and Koffi, you will have no problem venturing out and experiencing the charm of this desert city! Though you can spend all day in the city exploring the various shops and delicious restaurants of Palm Canyon Drive, hiking and outdoor activities abound in the foothills nearby. Plus, Joshua Tree National Park is a great place for a day trip!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.
-There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call our GX Team to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $100/day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great rental overall, only a few comments that would make it "perfect": the beds could use toppers the mattress were super hard and not comfortable. The bathrooms looked nice but the hot water and water pressure were not great and in the master bath they faucet is set "off" and there is little to no hot water.

Palm Springs vacation

Our family had a great stay in Palm Springs, which is not unusual. We have stayed in many different properties in Palm Springs throughout the years. This property is in a great location, and the pool is nice. There were some issues with plumbing, especially in the master bath. Overall, we would probably stay at this house again because of the location, and the pool, but it is just O.K.

A beautiful house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend

The house is quiet and comfortable with a sense of privacy. The pool was wonderful to float around and relax in. The place is stocked with all of the incidentals you could need, even if you want to cook a few things (kitchenware, not food, I mean). It’s tastefully decorated and just well thought out. We loved our stay!

We had 2 couples for a quick weekend in PS. This house was perfect for us. Pool was great, house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything you would need for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

Desert Get Away

We stopped in PS for two nights on the way to Oceanside. We have been to PS before and love the town! This home was super cute and accommodating for our family. We loved all the large patio spaces. We utilized the pool a handful of times, made s'mores at night and ate breakfast by the pool both days! Everyone was pleased with the location, very close to downtown, and to the grocery store. We will be back!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the communication before we arrived and towards the end of our trip. The check in process was done by phone on our way in, which was convenient. However, when I tried to call back (and text) with a question, there was no answer and no return phone call. Then towards the end of our trip, I tried to get a hold of someone with a question. I texted once again, and called the property management. They were nice, but did not have answers to my question and I never received a phone call back with the information. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go back.
