This "Monthly" 1 bed, 1 bath condo is in Caballeros Estates, a resort-like property featuring three seasonally heated pools and four heated spas set amongst well-maintained landscaping and gorgeous mountain views. The location is unbeatable as it's only a few blocks to great restaurants and entertainment in the heart of downtown.
Vaulted ceilings in the great room and bedroom create an expansive feeling. You'll find original art and photos of movie stars that made Palm Springs their home.
Walk out from the living room area to your huge, private deck with panoramic views of the famous San Jacinto Mountains that tower over Palm Springs. This deck is furnished with table seating for 4, two cheery umbrellas for shade, lounge seating area and a propane BBQ grill. Unique to this unit, there is a separate privately locked gate which allows you or your visiting guests to optionally enter the unit directly through your patio without having to go through the main complex entrance.
Sit on the comfortable sofa as you watch TV on the 55" Flat Screen, enjoy your book nestled on the large sofa with the cozy gas fireplace nearby, and dine, work or play board games while gathered around the mod dining table under the breeze of the modern ceiling fan. For entertainment, put an LP on the player or pop a DVD from our movie library.
The remodeled kitchen is well-equipped including full-size refrigerator, microwave, full-size range, blender, toaster, etc. Coffee lovers will appreciate the choice of Mr Coffee drip or Nespresso espresso. The wet bar at the far end of the living room is equally well-equipped for your favorite libation.
You will sleep well in the vaulted-ceiling bedroom on the very comfortable king bed furnished with high thread count white cotton sheets. This bedroom features a walk out patio that is furnished with 2 lounge chairs, a large blue umbrella, and a cozy seating area. This patio, like the other one, has beautiful views of the famous San Jacinto mountains.
The upgraded bathroom features marble floors and walls, a multi-head shower system, vanity with granite counters, and ample thirsty towels.
