I liked that it was not so crowded. I didn’t like the bugs in the pool (from weather) and most importantly, I didn’t realize that instead of paying for parking you could park on the street… they should at least tell you about the free parking!

Enjoyed our visit! The only thing I would have to say was an irritant was that they allow the cabanas to play their own music at any volume they desire and listening to multiple songs at once including the music the hotel plays at the pool can be quite frustrating.

The staff was very unprofessional. The building was done with some pain. She told us that our room was in the back, but we drove to the back. The door wasblockedk. The front desk never said anything to us. We also need to pay for parking when other hotels offer free self-parking as well The staff displayed a lack of professionalism throughout our stay. The building was poorly constructed, and we were misinformed about the location of our room. When we drove to the back, we found the door blocked, yet the front desk failed to provide any communication regarding this issue. Furthermore, we were required to pay for parking, which is unacceptable when other hotels offer free self-parking and complimentary valet services.as free valet parking

This Hilton is great. Close to downtown Palm Springs so you can park your car and walk to shops and restaurants. The pool is awesome!!! Pool staff is wonderful. This place is a winner!

The hotel is very nice and clean. Our room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The pillow was very hard and woke up with a sore neck. There is a $30 parking fee, which I didn’t like. Also, it’s not covered so car gets super hot in the 115 degree heat. The free charging station for electric car is a joke. It charged 2% in 4 hours. We took the car to the casino next door. This was a girls trip and unfortunately one of our friend fell and broke her arm 4 days before the trip. The hotel manager refused to help us in any way. I understand I booked non refundable but I asked if we can change the date so we can come back together but the manager denied it. We still went without our friend, which just wasn’t the same. Wish they would’ve been more considerate towards our situation.

This hotel badly needs a refresh. It is a little bit dumpy and tired. Everything about it was mediocre. The pool area wasn’t even particularly nice - visit the pool at the Renaissance down the street to see what I mean. The restaurant is absolutely terrible. I had two meals and it was no better the bottled/frozen food. Sherman’s was right across the street which was a plus - and I went frequently. The convention center is very close and that was very convenient. The best thing this hotel has going for it is the two incredible view of the mountains. But that’s more of a Palm Springs thing. I will say that the staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk, the shuttle driver, the guys at the pool bar, housekeeping were friendly and helpful. But overall the place is drab, with kind of a motel vibe. It just feels tired and in need of tlc. The bed wasn’t even that comfortable.
