Hotel Zoso is convenientley located in the heart of the Palm Springs strip! Restaurants, shopping, bars, and excitement are right at your doorstep. The hotel has a very laid back vibe. Rooms are spaciously appointed...you won't be disappointed!! Staff are very customer focused and everyone is very nice. The swimming pool area is very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zoso, and we plan to revisit it again next year!!!

We intentionally reserved a room with a mountain view, yet we’ve been given a noisy, ground-floor room facing the pool. A pool view is not an upgrade from a mountain view; it’s a significant downgrade to us. It’s disappointing to have our original booking changed without notice or an apology. The "Upgrade" Myth: In hotel terms, a room might be an "upgrade" because it’s 5 square feet larger, but if you lose the view you paid for, it's a service failure. Location was a plus.

The property was clean, room was nice, well priced and the staff were very friendly, but it was largely shut down when we stayed there. The restaurant was not open, and vending machines empty. Very loud party music played at the pool from morning till night even though it was empty. Hard to relax outside. Pool is a concrete jungle. A solid property with a lot of potential.
