Room always cleaned no matter how late we left (and one day that was very late). Staff really helpful. Location perfect. Like the note to encourage drinking water..nice touch. No complaints at all.

I had high hopes fox Hotel Zoso. The best part of this hotel is the location, it can’t be beat! However was disappointed in the lack of amenities. I checked in at 4:30 the lobby was empty was ready for a cocktail but told the bar tender never showed up for work. Went to our room and the elevator wasn’t working had to walk all the way around to an alternative elevator.. I know it’s not peak season but it very much felt like off season to the point that it was under staffed and like a ghost town in the hotel— Palm Springs on the other hand was hopping lots of visitors and things going on! The room was clean it needed updating it was very basic staff were nice, just overall underwhelming.

Room was pretty gross. Carpets were filthy. Walls bedding furniture. We ended up checking out early. Additionally the restaurant was shut down only the bar was open. The hotels location is great and the staff is very friendly but the rooms aren’t worth any money.
