This one level expansive home has travertine stone flooring throughout, multiple living/entertaining areas, and a private backyard with pool, spa and views! The well-appointed kitchen is centrally located with vaulted ceilings, Viking appliances and a detached island with bar height seating that opens to the casual dining area and large living and family rooms. Even though weather was cool, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost every day because they were heated to comfortably warm/hot temps. The house was well equipped with paper goods, garbage bags, soaps and even shampoo, and the owners provided lots of pool towels. Kitchen was fabulous, and we stayed during a time when the fruit trees were producing. While we had to drive to get to most places, the neighborhood isn’t that far from Indian Canyons (a beautiful place to visit), and there are a couple of local trails to walk to from the house. And drives to shopping and local restaurants were usually under 10 minutes.

We just returned from a week in this house and wish we were still there. We loved the location in Palm Springs- about a 10 minute drive from town- and the quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. The house is so well equipped from pans, to glassware to a well organized drawer of miscellaneous things you might need. The appliances are top notch. The master suite is huge and the other bedrooms are spacious. There are many sitting areas in the main living space as well as lovely books on Palm Springs. We all really liked that there were spices, condiments and a pantry of items which we were free to use and didn't have to buy!The space which includes the fire pit, pool and hot tub was amazing. We sat out there whenever we were home. The mountain views are wonderful.Great house!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, hosted by wonderful people. Gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood

My family stayed here over Christmas and New Years, and it couldn’t have been a more ideal place to spend the holidays. The house is immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were clean, well-kept, and the perfect temperature. Dan and Sue were excellent hosts, and had thought of so many things we could need over our stay. They even decorated for Christmas for us! Plenty of space for 10 people to have a relaxing vacation. The house is also walking distance to two great trails, and a quick ride away from Palm Canyon. What an amazing house, and wonderful stay!

Spectacular home!

This home is amazing! The location, layout and bedrooms were perfect for our two families of 10 people. It is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and surprisingly stocked with anything you could ever need. We swam in the pool and hot tub all day, and sat by the huge fire pit all night. All of the guests loved the multiple lounging and dining areas inside and out. Thank Sue and Dan for an incredible week! We will definitely be back.

Excellent House

I rented this beautiful house for my family of 5. The house was very clean. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There is a nice pool and spa and our kids, 3-8 years old, spent hours swimming every day. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we enjoyed a few early morning walks. The owners were great and easy to get in contact with. You can tell they take pride in their home and they made sure we were happy with our stay. We plan to rent this property again.

We hosted our daughter’s wedding at our home and wanted our Spanish family to stay nearby. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. Relaxing Private Luxury Hideaway

We had a wonderful experience at this home. First night, we had a power outage for about an hour in the neighborhood, maybe all of Palm Springs. But owners were helpful, contacted the power company and kept us up to date. After that the trip was smooth sailing. House is beautifully decorated, yet furniture is extremely comfortable. Pool and spa in great working order and very private spacious backyard. Kitchen is fully equipped! Espresso machine was the buzz in the morning! Totally would recommend this pad, and will probably go back.

The house was as pictured and featured every kitchen appliance you could think of. Spent majority of time at the pool due to Covid, but probably would have done the same without Covid as the pool was wonderful. Sue and Dan were exceptional and the most responsive owners I have ever dealt with, and the welcome basket was great, filled with goodies that everyone could use. Very quiet neighborhood and understand the no outdoor music, but it was refreshing to hear the birds and enjoy the scenery. The fire pit was a nice feature after the sun went down. Comfortable bedding and nice towels, the washer and drier came in handy. First class rental experience.

AMAZING and GORGEOUS HOME!

My family & I spent Thanksgiving week In this absolutely fantastic home! The very spacious well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast. The ice cream maker was a big hit with my granddaughters, which they promptly placed on their Christmas list! The open floor plan was delightful and the furniture was comfortable and abundant. The yard was beautiful with a lovely pool and spa and plenty of lounge chairs and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The decor in all the rooms was lovely and the sprawling layout was enjoyed by all. We loved the the neighborhood and its location to at least two great hiking trails.within walking distance, which we took advantage of during our stay. Terrific place to stay

We had 6 adults and 2 young children staying here. It worked out perfectly. The hosts were very gracious in allowing us to check in early and they were very thorough during the check in process in providing instructions. The layout of the house couldn't have worked out better. Sue and Dan were very personable and warmly greeted us - thank you for a great week!!

Stunning and private resort experience

Our family of nine (ages 18 mos. to 74 yrs.) had a much needed week together after a too-long separation due to the pandemic. We couldn't have asked for a better haven. While we took advantage of the trails, Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs proper, we were mostly content to stay in this beautiful, spacious, perfectly equipped home with multiple spaces for gathering and multiple spaces for privacy. The outdoors is simply stunning and so private. The gorgeous mountains, the palms, the landscaping, the pool, the lounge spaces, the spa, the fire pit, the table for al fresco dining.... a resort experience, but with absolute peace and quiet. Sue and Dan were great communicators and welcomed us so warmly. It was VERY hard to leave but we left with great memories made possible by this wonderful home.

The home was nice and well kept. It was clean and comes stocked however, there were a few minor maintenance items that had not been attended to. Linen that really should be replaced.
