The property is located just minutes from the airport, and boasts easy access to downtown Palm Springs with great options for dining, shopping, nightlife, and more.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and owner's closet.

With its clean, neutral walls and floors and bright modern accents, this Palm Springs vacation rental feels spacious and open, filled with sunshine and good vibes.

The living area of this Palm Springs vacation home opens up to the dining room and kitchen and features stylish furnishings, lots of windows and an entertainment center with 55" TV/CABLE STREAMING and WiFi. From the living room you'll enjoy the views of the sparkling pool and landscaped yard.

The kitchen in this Palm Springs home for rent is modern and sleek, with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and comes fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you'll need to prepare delicious meals for vacations with friends and family.

You and your guests can prepare meals on the outdoor gas grill and enjoy warm Palm Springs evenings dining under the stars. After dinner, relax the night away in the saline whirlpool spa.

The master bedroom offers a private en-suite bath with a King size bed. Sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the backyard and refreshing pool.

The second and third bedrooms have fun, modern furnishings and both offer large closets. One offers a Queen size bed and The other room has a 28" TV and King size bed. The guest bathroom is clean and bright with a tub and shower.

Close to golf, shopping, dining, and more! This Palm Springs vacation home is just minutes from some of Palm Springs most popular attractions, like the Aerial Tram, Indian Canyons, and Downtown Palm Springs with abundant shopping and dining options.



No outdoor music (Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance for all vacation rentals).

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement(contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
An additional 2 children under the age of 12 years old are allowed per rental, but Please keep in mind that we only have 3 beds.

6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours. (3 cars max)

7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

8. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

Please provide email addresses for all adults staying in the home. We are now using signnow to submit edocs for guests to complete the rental docs electronically.

Dogs allowed (sorry..no cats)

Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night. Completely optional, but recommended October thru May.

Had a second amazing stay here, labour day weekend.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chill staycation type getaway in palm springs, lovely house & pool. The booking process is easy & clear, and the house is centrally located and has a lovely calm clean vibe. There is a supermarket just around the corner and it is located pretty close to restaurants. Our first booking was 5 years ago during a heatwave. And we had fond memories of our stay, chilling watching movies and floating in pool with some drinks, so we decided to re-book it this year. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Conveniently located close to downtown and the airport, easy check-in and the most simple check out process of any vacation rental we have stayed in. The pool was great for lounging and swimming with the kids. Communication was great as well with the property managers. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place!

This place is everything that it says it is and more. Sure the airplanes are loud, but it is perfect when you are travelling with family and want to avoid those awkward conversations!Walt was awesome about assisting us with anything we needed during our stay and the pool and garden area are secluded and equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation!We will definitely be back!

Excellent property

This was a great property! Very clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The house was well situated near supermarkets, the air museum and tramway. Just a few minutes drive to downtown. The proximity to the airport and the sound of the airplanes was a little loud but it didn’t really bother us or detract from our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean, spacious, well-appointed and well located - only a 5-7 min drive to the main strip. The proximity to the airport was the only slight issue but overall didn’t bother us at all. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay and such great hosts!

This place was even better than the pictures! Walt and his team were so sweet and accommodating for my group of friends going here for Coachella. It was always a super easy uber or shuttle to and from the festival. The pool and jacuzzi were also a huge plus for the April heat! Will definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing, clean, and roomy place to stay in Palm Springs. :-)

Home away from home

We stayed for 4 months at this comfortable home; this was our 2nd year for a long term rental here. The property fits our needs and is very well designed for guests to visit us while we were here. The property manager, Walt, is the best; if anything came up he addressed it immediately.

We enjoyed our stay at Namaste. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. As regular visitors to Palm Springs, it was nice to be close to the areas we knew. We got used to the frequent flyovers by planes taking off from the nearby PS Airport but they do start early. Loved the hammock!

House is great! Pool & hot tub were warm and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Plenty of chairs by pool, great pool floats, hammock & grill. House had everything we needed, was very comfortable and in a great location. Jeff the owner was wonderful to work with. If you want a great place to stay, this is the place. The owner communicates better than any other VRBO owner I have dealt with in the past. He really wants you to have a great experience. Excellent house for Coachella!

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend and had a great time! Jeff and Walt were very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in/out. The house was great and exactly as pictured. Only a short Uber or drive to the music festival shuttle stops in Palm Springs and only a couple blocks away from coffee and a grocery store. Highly recommend!

Excellent Palm Springs Experience!

We had a great experience renting this house. The house was spacious and well appointed. It is close to downtown Palm Springs, and there are grocery stores close by. The pool/spa was nicely heated. The pool/spa area is great for lounging with beautiful views of the mountains. The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The owner was very accommodating and great to work with. He was available to answer any questions during our stay.

8 day getaway

This was a great place to stay! It was nice and close to the airport for when we had to pick up and drop off. Planes went direct overhead but nobody was bothered - they only flew over during the day. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax. The pool and hot tub were so much fun! Beds were comfy - rooms were spacious. The kids had some trouble with the NO music by the pool but it was manageable too! Overall I would highly recommend it!

Very comfortable

Mid century style that is very comfortable and clean. Family of 4 adults, plenty of room for family time and personal space. Easy walk to local market. Short drive or bike to all the downtown activities. We had the pool heated as our visit was in January-wonderful for those cool evening and warm days! Definitely worth it for a winter vacation. Some noise when outside due to near airport, inside quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great mid century vibe!

Namastay is a clean, well cared for renovated mid century modern property with a great outdoor backyard including a pool and spa (extra charge to heat in cooler months). House overall is very comfortable and is in a great centrally located Palm Springs locale. Be aware that the airport is within a few miles and planes start taking off around 6am, though are quiet after midnight. Property manager Walt is very responsive and accommodating. Grocery stores nearby and an easy drive into main Palm Sprimgs activities.

PS holiday stay

Very nice place. We enjoyed out stay very much. Most areas in and outside the house have been updated. The backyard with the pool and hot tube were nice. We used everyday. Hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly. The only negative id say is the proximity to the airport. It was very busy with planes taking off. The positive was that there werent many flights in the night so wasnt to disturbing.
