Nestled in the chic fabulous Palm Springs Vista Norte neighborhood (minutes from downtown), this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home boasts breathtaking mountain views and a spacious open-concept floor plan making this an entertainers dream! The home was fully gut renovated in 2022, featuring New plumbing, New air conditioning system, New roof, New kitchen appliances, and New doors & windows throughout the magnificent home. Each of the four bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy, including en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath the length of the master bedroom with a very large hand troweled concrete shower! WOW! The home also has a separate laundry room with ½ bath off the main living area for easy access. Another great feature is an oversized new carport to fit 2 SUVs and parking for 4. The custom Chefs kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, oversized range with custom hood, and a large center island/bar perfect for pool parties. The dining area can comfortably fit a table for 8 with views of the majestic snow capped mountains, and the living room boasts extra large custom sliders that not only allow for plenty of natural light but provides direct access to the brand new oversized fully automated swimming pool and massive 15’x7’ ULTRA luxurious hot tub complete with dual-zone jets and a 30’ wall of dramatic fire! The hot tub can comfortably fit all your guests. Immerse yourself in the incredibly private oversized fenced and walled backyard, surrounded by large ficus and palm trees. License 9576

Other things to note
The home is situated on a very large lot with excellent trees surrounding the backyard for your privacy. The Mountain View’s are stunning! The Jacuzzi and pool are also incredibly large. Due to soaring energy costs we do charge a heating fee of $150/day for the jacuzzi and pool heat (which includes the stunning 30’ wall of fire or $100 a for just the jacuzzi, which honestly is about the size of a pool! The jacuzzi is 15’x7‘. It’s a fabulous monster. There are two ring doorbell cameras at the property you are welcome to remove them during your stay but please put them back upon check out. We accept pets with a $95 fee and prior approval. We prefer one but if you have 2 let us know and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. License number: 5421

Perfect get away

Big open space to relax in a great location for hopping around Palm Springs/ La Quinta for golf, shopping, hiking or whatever you’re into. Wrap the day with a dip in the massive pool & a soak in that hot tub and you’re gonna have a great time ☺️

Incredible Experience Through and Through

This property was absolutely stunning. It was perfect for a group of friends (all rooms have their own private bathroom attached which makes things even better). It was extremely clean, spacious, and such a great experience. Gerald was an incredible and friendly host - he replied within minutes to any questions we had and was more than accommodating for us. Would definitely recommend this stay or any other of Gerald’s properties!!

The unit was fantastic! Everything clean, everything working!! We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owner, Gerald, responded in under 10 minutes...even on a Saturday night. Match THAT you management companies and schlock owners! If you're looking for a quality stay, this is it!!!

Nice 4 Bedroom house with amazing pool and hot tub

This property was perfect for Thanksgiving in Palm Springs with my kids! Close to downtown, airport and aerial tram. Bedrooms were well appointed and bathrooms were newly renovated. The shower in primary is huge. The pool and backyard are beautiful. If you get the hot tub or pool package, stay on top on the temp as the equipment shut down while we were out so we had to wait for 2 hours for water to come to temperature Neighborhood is clean and safe, but not much going on.

the value of a super host

This home is a spacious retreat perfect for larger groups. The weather during our stay was “unprecedented” so having a large living area to spread out in was key. That said when it was nice the pool and spa are amazing. From this neighborhood walkers can experience the MCM homes in the area and with a bit of effort easily walk to uptown that has the best shops But what really makes this home special is the host, Gerry. Kind gracious attentive, Gerry really cared about delivering a superior experience during our stay. We’d be happy to return to any of Gerry’s properties. thank you!!
