Built in 1958, Poolside Palms is a stylish mid-century home situated on an oversized lot that offers an abundance of outdoor activities and mountain views. The open floor plan flows easily and sunshine pours in from walls of glass. This meticulously designed home was completely reimagined in 2022 to reflect the most modern luxuries and comforts. With 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and large poolside living area this Palm Springs vacation rental offers everything you need for a memorable time with family or friends.

The family/media room features a sectional, large TV, and desk work area.

Entertain in your private backyard oasis that features a sparkling swimming pool (heated with an additional fee), relaxing spa, and amenities such as a designer fire pit, gas grill, putting green, full-size bocce ball court and a flex room for entertaining, working from home, or for use as a fourth bedroom (thanks to the murphy bed).

Peruse a book under one of the large umbrellas. Soak in the poolside spa. Snuggle on the oversize daybed in the outdoor living room. Pluck a lemon from the tree to squeeze into lemonade. Completely ready for entertainment, bocce ball and a putting green await. Or choose from a collection of board games to play on the large outdoor dining table. Expansive mountain vistas, tasteful landscaping, multiple seating areas for lounging, and custom lighting, create a true holiday oasis. SLEEP WELL IN 4 PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED BEDROOMS
Poolside Palms boasts 4 bedrooms, making it a great option for the whole family or for friends traveling together. Relax and unwind in the comfort of the primary suite, where you will find a plush king bed draped with high quality linens. In the ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, enjoy the luxury of Public Goods Spa amenities and thirsty white towels. The primary bedroom features direct access to a private walled front courtyard, adding additional living space to your suite. It features privacy, located away from the other bedrooms. A second King bedroom has sliding glass doors to the backyard. Just across the hall, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be joined into a 3rd king for the 3rd couple. With good separation from the other bedrooms, there is a versatile family/media room with sectional sofa, large TV, and a comfortable queen bed. These 3 guest bedrooms share a remodeled bath with shower over tub.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD - TAHQUITZ RIVER ESTATES
This desirable neighborhood is situated just over a mile south of downtown Palm Springs. Nearby vintage boutiques and restaurants put shopping, dining, and craft cocktails within easy reach. Restaurants such as Bar Cecil, Mr. Lyons, The Reef, and King’s Highway at the Ace Hotel are nearby. The community is dotted with an eclectic mix of midcentury-modern, and Spanish Revival homes, so you will only have to step out your front door to be treated to a self-guided architectural walking tour through this visually stunning area.  Enjoy the world-renowned restaurants, shopping and entertainment within a few minutes’ drive from your Poolside Palms oasis.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
Primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent this property and must agree to provide photo ID and sign separate rental contact as required for all vacation rentals by the City of Palm Springs. The City of Palm Springs also bans music outside (at ANY level), and we are required to strictly enforce that rule.

Optional Pool Heating (US$79/night) is recommended mid-October through mid-June.  Spa heating is included in the rental rate.

Max occupancy is 6 people and 4 vehicles.

"Pre-approved", well-behaved dogs are welcome. $150 Per Dog Fee, max 2. Service dogs must be pre-disclosed. Sorry, no cats.

Security camera is present outside near the entrance. Owner leaves their car in the garage, but there's room for 1 more next to it, and ample off-street parking for 2 more vehicles in the driveway. 3 vehicles max allowed.

Monthly guests will not pay Palm Springs tax, but will pay actual gas & electric costs instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee. A Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.

Lovely home, central to all things Palm Springs. Backyard is exceptional, and interior was spacious, clean, and inviting. Really liked the second living room/den as a work space and for some additional privacy.
