Great location

It’s a great location but very tight on amenities- no hair conditioner, tiny bars of soap that barely lathered, very little supplies in kitchen. We thought it was a short term rental so we expected coffee, sugar, creamer etc.

Wonderful visit to Palm Springs!

Check-in took 2 mins. 1st floor condo was clean and well stocked. The photos do it justice. The pool and grounds are well maintained. The location was quiet and easy to get around. Many restaurants near by.

Great place and location

Had a great stay for Coachella weekend. The place was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed. The staff were very kind and pleasant. The location was perfect! It was about a 5 min drive to the park and ride shuttle. Overall a great experience would def stay here again!

Property was very clean which we appreciated. Also liked the provided bath products. Used the hot tub and pool every night. Furnishings (couch and matching chair) were not comfortable. If you are not used to road noise then this unit is not for you. Be sure to use google maps or other to locate coffeehouses and other fun local shops. We missed out!

New First Choice for a Palm Springs stay

Absolutely first-rate experience start to finish. Apartment was cozy and spotlessly clean. The front office folks made us feel valued as guests and welcomed. I simply can't say enough good things about our stay. Can't wait to return!!!

Very nice condo complex and great location!

The unit was well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans, dishes and coffee maker, etc. Jeffrey was our host and he was very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again!

All the amenities needed

I have stayed at this resort multiple times. Great location, great staff. Only issue I had which luckily was the last day I was there. I got back to the condo around 8pm. None of my keys worked. No lights lit up on the card key lock at all. No one was in the office so I had to use the phone to call for help. They sent a maintenance guy out. He made two new cards for me. Neither worked. He tried his maintenance card. That didn’t work. He had to remove the lock and use a key to get me in my room. He didn’t have a spare key to give me so I had to stay in my room all night. I had to get food delivered and couldn’t use the pool. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great Place

We are three retired sisters who stayed in Jeffrey's apartment for 3 nights. This is a clean and comfortable apartment close to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed having a kitchen and sitting by the pool as the sun set behind the mountains. The beds are comfortable, and we would definitely stay again.

Great location and great rate!

The condo was a little dated, but very clean and we all felt safe. There was a gas station and liquor store within walking distance. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing and very friendly. I really liked this spot and highly recommend it!

Convenient Clean Crash Pad

Really nice little spot conveniently located on the north end of Palm Springs. Friends and I were in town for a wedding, and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. Nice little spot to escape the heat and rest up at night after a hot day of wedding activities.
