The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a large island that seats three, stainless steel appliances, and tons of cabinet storage. An adjacent dining table seats eight for meals or board game nights.

Surrounded by beautiful views of the San Jacinto Mountains, the fenced yard serves as an outdoor oasis for your whole group - dogs included. Spend mornings lounging beside your private pool, then fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue while playing some yard games. Each guest bedroom both showcase a Queen size bed, work desk & monitor, and closets. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom.

As part of the Miralon community, you`ll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails as well as scenic dog parks. Other community amenities include a large lap pool, a resort-style area with a family pool and Jacuzzi, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art gym.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
