Welcome to the ultimate outdoor paradise, where pedigreed architectural style meets understated elegance in a jaw-dropping setting. West Elm House’s resort-style backyard space is unlike any other. Clusters of palm trees surround the designer concept pool with integrated waterfall spa. During sultry days take a dip to cool off, then relax in the state-of-the-art tanning shelf to achieve your perfect shade. When dusk comes, gather around the fire pit with friends to swap stories and sip on drinks. And evening swims are a dream out here, as the setting sun illuminates the dramatic mountainscapes and Pentair Lighting Effects create ethereal effects beneath the outdoor living pavilion.

Admire the massive, glossy open-concept living area with its wood-paneled dining room, huge tiled fireplace, and seating area with coordinating couch and chairs. Then move to the luxury living room for game night or a TV movie marathon, best enjoyed from the couches adorned with an iconic color palette. All throughout the home are rare art pieces, desert plants, and magazine-worthy decor.

When you’re not enjoying nature or lounging in the master living area, you might be cooking up something in our modern gourmet kitchen. This space is equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances like a double-stacked oven and smart fridge, and tons of counter space for meal prep. Once your food is ready, gather around the dining table or outdoor pavilion table to feast.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
We’re confident you’re going to have the best sleep of your life here at our glamorous estate. This private home is designed with four massive suite-style bedrooms with enough space for eight guests. All rooms are outfitted with king sized mattresses, smart TVs, designer decor, and huge windows with abundant natural light. Two of these luxurious suites come with a small living room area to enjoy your favorite TV as you wind down for the night. One bedroom has glass sliding door access to the backyard. And all have ensuite bathrooms with designer showers, vanities, and hotel-style amenities.

West Elm House 2019 is located in the El Mirador neighborhood of Palm Springs, within walking distance of the Movie Colony neighborhood and close to Downtown Palm Springs. This area of the city is brimming with iconic, historic Mid-century modern architecture and Old Hollywood celebrity homes, from the likes of Frank Sinatra, to Bing Crosby and Lucille Ball. Take a self-guided tour or a Palm Springs Historical Society walking tour to witness these homes first-hand.
