"O pessoal do hotel é extremamente gentil, mas as condições do quarto estão bem complicadas. No teto do banheiro havia duas manchas enormes de bolor, uma bem acima do chuveiro e outra na luz da pia. Isso não é aceitável para um hotel nesse valor. Vocês deveriam fechar quarto até arrumar a infiltração. O ar condicionado é silencioso, mas estava vibrando no contato com a decoração e fazia um barulho insuportável a noite toda. E esse foi o menor dos barulhos. O barulho dos corredores foi o pior. Outros hóspedes chegando de noite/madrugada e batendo as portas, que não tem nenhum tipo de proteção. Pedimos ajuda na recepção, mas nada mudou... Até por volta de 1h30... depois às 05h, começou de novo. Foi uma das piores noites da vida. Se você precisa de descansar, vá para outro hotel. Café da manhã bem +/-. A salada de fruta estava passada. "

"The internet was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not cleaned well, there was hair on the floor. One big issue we had was the difficulty with parking. The stalls are very narrow when you could get a spot. When we returned for the evening, there were no more stalls available and we had to park down the street and drag our suitcases from the hotel to the car in the rain. It was also very odd that one could not order coffee during lunch hours, or in the evenings at the restaurant. A coffee shop was in the lobby, but it never seemed to open.
