The Space:

Our beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the Montparnasse train station. You will be less than 30 minutes away by foot from the Eiffel Tower.



The main room is bright and welcoming. The living room becomes a bedroom if you lower the foldaway bed from the ceiling.



The room is perfectly arranged to maximize space, offering both a sitting area and a comfortable kitchen eventhough it is only 17sqm.



The small, colorful kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, removable hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster).



Our studio has a pull-out bed that descends from the ceiling. You can easily transform your living room into a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.



The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The nearby Musée Bourdelle and Musée Pasteur are ideal for discovering art. This lively and charming arrondissement of Paris will win you over with its variety of activities and authentic atmosphere.
