At first glance everything seemed nice, but the AC was blasting hot air with no way to turn it to cooling mode. Had a very poor nights sleep as a result, and in December! The bathroom also had a bad mould damp smell, although it looked clean. Staff were pleasant.

our stay was amazing! accommodating and friendly staff. we saw people say the rooms were small but we felt it was the right size for us as we spend most the time out exploring Paris and really only slept in there. we couldn’t fault the hotel in any way as it was such a great location, easy to get to from the metro and walking. will deffo come again next time we visit Paris

Cleaning was an issue. When we arrived, I went to sit on the bed - and there were pubic hairs on it. We stayed in 22 hotels over our whole vacation, and this was the only one where I felt the need to check for bedbugs. Thankfully there weren't any. But the lack of cleanliness of the bed when we arrived definitely spoiled the experience. The cleaning staff seemed enthusiastic enough about cleaning elsewhere though - each day, repeated banging going on while seemingly slamming the vacuum cleaner around in neighbouring rooms or the shared entryway - very loud and annoying! Also, of the 22 hotels we stayed at, this was the only one who didn't automatically give us two keys, or a second key when we asked. Instead, saying we had to pay 20€ for a second key?!?! Ridiculous. Bathroom dated and in need of a refresh. And the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Positives: close to Metro (Argentine) and Arc de Triomphe, and fantastic sushi restaurant next door.

This was the cutest hotel. It’s a beautiful older building that is very modern and updated. The room was very very nice. The location is very near shopping and tourist attractions. Nice and safe area. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Paris.

We arrived late night from airport, tired and the gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. He told us we were home and helped with our luggage. They provided suggestions and a map. From this hotel it was walkable to everything except Notre dame and luvre but we Ubers for those. The hallways are small and narrow but that’s Paris. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Showers pretty small but no issues.

Very cute hotel just 1 block off the Champs Elysee and short 5-10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe which is a transit hub for both buses and subways. Many restaurants in the neighborhood but not much in the way of shopping. Very comfortable beds but a note for plus size travelers, the bed is a double and the bathroom is tiny. There is an elevator but only for one person at a time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Offers breakfast for about 18E which is basically continental breakfast. Nothing special but convenient. The only real miss was there was no fridge. Even a tiny one to keep drinks and water cold would have been great.
