For the price of this hotel what we got was ridiculous. We stayed three nights and out of those days the iPad that controls everything in the room was not working. We couldn’t control the heat, whether or not we got our room cleaned, the TV, room service, or the lights. We complained several times and they said it was a “world wide problem.” When I asked for any sort of compensation they said no. We paid so much money to have a dirty, hot, not working room, with staff that did not help or honestly seemed indifferent. After reading more reviews they said that this is a consistent problem with the iPads and having them control the rooms. You can definitely find a cheaper hotel for much better. Not worth any money whatsoever.

This place was a nice stay. The room was pretty tiny, but it worked for my need. I also love the high tech stuff they have in the room like setting an alarm through the ipad, and auto open black out blinds! The bar in the hotel is nice too.

Great, minimalist property. Compact but convenient room. Small quibbles, but just so ppl are aware: No shower cap, face cloths, or coffee in room. Hair dryer kept on flipping closed so couldn’t really use it. If staying with someone else, make sure you are VERY comfortable with each other - the bathroom has limited privacy. Really liked the pull out storage underneath the bed. The electronic mood lighting, blinds, and music were very cool. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plugs included North American, British, and European. Amazing service, every single person we spoke to was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Good location in Paris- easy to walk to several attractions and public transit. The rooms are compact… the bed touches walls on 3 sides which is shown on the pictures but easy to overlook… overall a millennial vibe

Not a traditional hotel.

This is not a real hotel in traditional sense, but more of a place for cool young people to gather. No concierge, no front desk, no cleaning staff. Our bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. We informed the only person on duty at 10 pm, and she came to our room to inspect, looked at the bed and said what do you mean. We had to ask her to feel the sheet, so she did and said Oh, and offered to move us to a new room. When we asked why she couldn't have someone change the sheets, she explained there's no cleaning staff on duty. It took her 20 minutes to find a new room and she seemed annoyed that we asked her to do so. No apology. We were the problem. When I say it's a place for cool young people to hang out, it's because those are the pictures you see everywhere. That's the music you hear playing in the elevator. These are the people who work there. These are 98% of the guests. They just don't advertise this for some reason (except in code, which I only picked up upon my leave). They brag about all the high-tech and free wifi in the rooms, which is true and very nifty. So if you're a cool young person who doesn't mind an occasional dirty room and no concierge or front desk, this is a great place for you.
