An unforgettable wedding anniversary guaranteed. You will see the Eiffel Tower from your bedroom and bathroom. We ourselves, a loving couple for over 30 years, live in this apartment that we rent out for vacations. We will share with you our books and our green plants, as well as the brand new baby grand piano (with a silent feature) that sits in the living room, and the antique clock that chimes the hour if you wind it up. You are welcome to play the piano, of course, but not before 8 a.m. and not after 10 p.m., unless using the silent feature and headphones. Nous-mĂȘmes un couple amoureux depuis plus de 30 ans, nous vivons dans cet appartement que nous louons pour nos vacances. Nous partagerons avec vous nos livres et nos plantes vertes, ainsi que le piano 1/4 de queue neuf (avec silent) qui trĂŽne dans le salon et la pendule ancienne qui vous donnera l’heure si vous la remontez. Vous pourrez faire chanter le piano, bien entendu, mais pas avant 8 h le matin et pas aprĂšs 10 h le soir, sauf avec silent et casque. Nous avons donnĂ© en location pendant plusieurs annĂ©es un appartement identique en rez de chaussĂ©e au 29 avenue de Suffren et avons gardĂ© un excellent souvenir de tous nos hĂŽtes. Gageons qu’il en sera de mĂȘme pour cette nouvelle expĂ©rience!

TrÚs belle situation géographique. Appartement nécessitant quelques travaux de finitions.

Les points d'amĂ©liorations : Robinet de cuisine ne fonctionne pas bien. Appartement pour 6 personnes, mais canapĂ© 3 places et un fauteuil. Les autres doivent s'assoir sur des chaises. Dommage ! Les soirĂ©es ne sont pas confortables pour tout le monde. Les finitions de peinture sont trĂšs mĂ©diocres alors que l'appartement pourrait ĂȘtre magnifique. Pour le reste, tout est OK et correspond parfaitement Ă  l'annonce.

Very nice and convenient

The apartment is big and comfortable. They have everything you may need to cook and do your laundry.. The location is excellent few blocks from Eiffel Tower, metro station and buses stop. The owners are a very nice couple. We enjoyed it very much and hopping to go back next year.

Perfect location. Fun saying bonjour to “Effie” my kids’ name for the Eiffel Tower every time we went out. Flat had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Great, comfortable place, 1block from Eiffel Tower

The owners, Bruno and Catherine, were accommodating. Key coded entryway and locked door made it feel secure at night. Pretty nice neighborhood in the daytime. Close to metro to take you anywhere in Paris and a straight shot to Versailles. Apartment has most everything you need, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room/dining room, warm at night:radiant heating. Furniture mostly good shape, plenty of towels. Fit 6 of us no problem. Minor street noise in the front bedroom at night. Huge bonus is a authentic French baker right across the street: can you say delicious Fresh baked bread and pastries for breakfast every morning?!!! So good!!!! Problem is I’m sure I gained a few pounds. Small grocery market immediately across the street-milk, eggs, cereal, chocolate, French cheese, whatever you need. Great trip. Would stay here again next time in Paris.

Great location and accommodations!

My wife and I and our 4 daughters stayed here for a week during Spring Break. We found it to be spacious and clean. Great price for us as we typically need to get 2 hotel rooms for our family of six, which can be very expensive, especially in Paris. The location was perfect as it was not only steps from the Eiffel Tower but also there was a terrific boulangerie and little grocery store across the street for necessary snacks,treats,wine throughout our stay. Check in and check out procedures were very simple. Bruno met us at the apartment and showed us where everything was and how to use the oven, etc. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice and spacious with everything you need. Beautiful location and the owners friendly and helpful.

The location of this apartment is so beautiful. You can see the Eifel tower whenever you go out or return from your day out. Shops and everything you need is walking distance away. The apartment is nice and spacious and worked well for us as a family of five. Our hosts made us feel welcome and we even found gifts under the Christmas tree for the family.

Amazing location. Has it all

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We were welcomed by Bruno and Catherine and they showed us around the apartment. Gave us tips on where to eat etc. the location of this apartment is nothing short of perfect. The Eiffel Tower a 3 min walk. Plenty of cafes, groceries, pharmacy, patisseries across the road. The subway is a 5 min walk. The apartment felt like we were at home, it had absolutely everything we needed. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax, have a family meal and to be able to wash clothes and dry them was a huge bonus. Bruno and Catherine we can’t thank you enough for your kind gifts for us at Xmas. The extra touch of the Xmas tree made spending Xmas in Paris even more special. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent location

Is exactly as described, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower . Close to metro , restaurants, grocery store, liquor store , pharmacies , Italian Restaurant ( a plus with kids ) bakery .... just pretty much everything you need is there . Great location for families with kids . We are a family of 6 and the unit was great . Very spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the Unit is in need of a good cleaning , bathrooms the most . I did took my time and cleaned bathrooms and floors my self to be more comfortable. We had a little problem with a leak and owners took care of the problem immediately. I can’t say enough good things about the unit , location and The size . Everything we needed was there . We had an excellent experience celebrating out 20th anniversary in Paris !!! Look no further !!! This is the place to stay!! Thank you so much Bruno and Catherine !!

Convenient location, Large Apartment, Great Owners

We will definitely return to this property in the future! Catherine and Bruno are great to deal with and answered all our questions leading up to our trip. The apartment is much larger than we anticipated from the photos. It gave our family of 5 an abundance of space to call home for our 9 day stay. The apartment is on the first floor so no stairs to climb with your luggage but there is some street noise. The location is conveniently located by public transit (metro and RER lines), the Hop-on-Hop off buses and steps away from the airport DirectBus stop. The neighbourhood is filled with restaurants and any type of shop you desire.

Large apartment, Great location & attentive owners

Our family of five stayed here for four nights in October and was very happy with the property and have recommended it already to friends. Great location near Eifel Tower but more importantly some great local restaurants, Italian, Bistro, Dry Cleaners, Pastry shop, grocery store all within 1 block or so. As others have pointed out this is a very large 3 bedroom with a generous size living room.

Excellent location!

This apartment was very well located, many restaurants/supermarkets around. It is very hard to find this size apartments in Paris, it is even bigger than what it looks in pictures. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with one toilet) and 1 bathroom (with shower and toilet). Overall an excellent experience. The only thing we didn't like was that the apartment wasn't clean, we had to wash everything (including the shower curtain) again. Would stay here again if travelling with my family.

Ideal Location, Great Host

We visited Paris for a wedding and were able to stay together with our young child and aunts. Well located near Eiffel Tower, trains, taxi stand, and direct airport bus. Charming bistros and groceries steps away. Catherine is an attentive and kind host. We had a wonderful time in Paris, and would definitely return to this rental. Thank you!

Exceeds expectations

This apartment is much larger and convenient than appears from the photos and description. It is on the ground floor, which has some disadvantages (noise and privacy) but in my view, those were outweighed by the advantage of convenience and ease of access. We spent most of our days outside and nights are quiet anyway. Best of all is location, just a block from the champs de mars where the Eiffel Tower is. Very convenient!

Great location, loved this place

This was our first time traveling abroad and we loved this location. Great communication from the owners and they were so friendly and helpful. Eiffel Tower around the corner, close to metro, a grocery store across the street, & yummy pizza on the corner, which we picked up two night while we were there and ate under the Eiffel Tower. Older place, but we loved that. We wanted authentic and to feel like we were in Paris. Beds were comfy. We loved sitting the the main room and watching people on the street. Great Wi-Fi, which the teens appreciated. Perfect place for our family of 5.

Great apartment in a fabulous location!

Had a great vacation stay in this apartment. Very spacious and in a great location, close to the Eiffel tower but with a neighborhood feel. It was our home base and we walked or took the Metro to all of the fabulous sites of Paris. Catherine was a nice host and checked us in personally to make sure our needs were all met. Very nice place. Great location!

Catherine was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay in this place again if we went to Paris. It is literally right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and also close to public transportation. We enjoyed watching the tower light up every night and it was just a short walk to the train which led out to Versailles. The only drawback is no AC, but most of the time this is not even an issue in Paris. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here, we will try and come back again soon. Ryan

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is a charming apartment in the 7th arr. in Paris. It is super close to the Eiffel Tower, literally a 5 minute walk to the tower, which was really nice. The metro is easily accessible as well (5-7 minute walk from the apt) so you can get anywhere in Paris very quickly. The apartment itself is a little older (the floors creak every time you walk on them so at night you can hear when anyone in the apartment is walking around) but everything works great. The kitchen is fully stocked in case you want to cook, there is a washer and dryer as well. It is located on a busy street but the owners have installed insulated windows so for the most part it's very quiet inside the apartment. The owners are great, Catherine is an amazing host, her husband is very friendly and I really appreciated their hospitality, they made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole stay.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Paris

The apartment was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and a short walk to the Metro. The place was very clean, comfortable and had lots of space. The property manager was very helpful in planning our route to the apartment and was very flexible in regards to checking in and out of the apartment. Overall, it was well worth what we paid for our stay and we were very pleased. I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

Fabulous location

We had the most wonderful two weeks in Paris and the location of the apartment played a huge part. All 6 of us(girls from 11 years to 69) enjoyed the ease of walking a couple of blocks to the metro and exploring the city. Our neighbor, the Eiffel Tower, never failed to enchant as we walked around the corner to enjoy the light show every evening. With the bakery, market and sweet little cafe across the street, it was perfect!
