They could do with some mold spray for the shower. Always had clean towels and fresh linens. Since the rooms are small and there was 4 of us we wish the lobby had a beater seating option. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station as well as good affordable eats. There is construction on the street in front of the hotel. The construction starts around 8am and end at 3:30pm. If you’re looking too sleep in this may not be the hotel for you

This was a cute place with a nice window to look on the garden. The staff was a little hit and miss. Sometimes their was someone friendly there to help and sometimes it was someone distracted. The only negative which I have found at other European hotels is that they give you coffee for your room only the first night. I don't get this. I paid the same for every night. Why can't I get a cheap coffee pod every night?

I stayed at this hotel in Paris in the third week of May 2025, and I’m honestly shocked by how bad the experience was. It looked great online—that’s why I booked it—but the reality was appalling. The room was filthy. Curtains were ripped, mold covered the bottom of the shower and the drain, and the entire space felt neglected. Worst of all, the service was downright awful—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

Lovely property for a few days in Paris. Location is great, just by the gardens and metro stop down the road. The area didn’t feel overly touristy so had a nice vibe to it. Rooms decent size, although corridors and lifts were very small!

Charming hotel in great location

Fabulous location and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious. Only drawback was the tiny elevator and tiny room - like many European hotels. What it lacked in space, it made up for in charm.

Ideally situated hotel in a good area. Probably the best area of Paris we have stayed in over the years. The girls ( daughter and friend) had a great room with balcony and space. Our room had the smallest bathroom we have ever seen and a cupboard housed the toilet. That was so small my husband couldn’t properly fit in it. We would stay again but have made a note to ensure we get a properly sized room. Very comfy bed and pillows.

The room was generally very quiet with only the occasional faint noise of a banging door - & our door was one of the culprits being very stiff to open & close. The lift looked to have seen better days but worked without a problem.

This is the "Little Hotel that could". Sorry, it just fell short for me. Good location to the underground and buses. Across the street from a zoo. The hotel room was too small. The elevator was single person with a bag. The people around the area were surprisingly helpful. I would find a place nearby to stay.
