I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a stay of more than one night , rooms and bathrooms are tiny and you can hear everything going on in the hotel. The lift is so small you can just get in with a suit case, no air-con in the room and the fact you have to leave your room key every time you check out is odd . First day checking in and the guy on reception just had a bad attitude thankfully the rest of the staff were great. The area around the hotel is a mixed bag very noisy but some nice little cafe bars about . It’s close to the metro line which is handy. All I would say is do your research before booking this hotel

Good/bad hotel.

Positive Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and convenient to get to all the sights, Negatives, Very small rooms, very dated and the noise was dreadful, There was building work going on and it was non stop we should of been informed of this prior to going, the walls are so thin we was woken Everytime someone used the bathroom in adjacent rooms and people slamming doors or talking in the corridor’s had very little sleep, you could not go back to your room to relax after sightseeing all day as TV only in french and would be nice if they had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. I would only use this hotel as a base if your just planning on sleeping there (if you can get any sleep) otherwise try other hotels,

Good hotel in a great area of Paris, easy to get about to all the major attractions and the local area is full of bars and restaurants. Hotel was basic but fine for what we needed, staff were really helpful

Nice but noisy location

Clean, modest hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Reservation was booked for 2 but I ended up traveling solo which was fortuitous because the room was quite cramped. Convenient location near the metro but my first floor faced the street and was noisy with pedestrians and activity into the wee hours of the night and with a large construction site across the street from the early hours of the morning. I recommend a good pair of earplugs to mitigate the noise.

The hotel is in an energetic neighbourhood with lots of international restaurants, entertainment and evening establishments especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The hotel entrance is on a quiet side street, although at this time there is construction on a large commercial site right across the street. That did not impact our stay in anyway. The desk staff are wonderful and amazing, even through the different shift changes and from weekdays to the weekend. We took advantage of the self serve breakfast offering and it met our needs with many choices and good coffee from a dispensing machine at a reasonable price. The breakfast staff were pleasant and efficient, there is no question to the commitment to having a clean and neat offering. The room was small yet efficient with places to set your bags for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very small as was the sink and shower unit, again it was not an issue for us. The elevator, although small was never busy when we were there and we took the stairs down every day. Subway entrances are very close by to various lines. You could walk to some major sites in 20 minutes or a half hour. We would stay again, this takes in account a four night stay for tourism purposes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, easy access to metro and public transport. But room was very small for family, freeze was not working and smelly. Locker wasn't working. Architecture inside the room was narrow to stand properly inside. One day room service was not good orher 2 days was good. Not worth for money, not suitable for family.

Great location, affordable, some major drawback's.

Pros - Great neighborhood to be in, easy access to metro and many landmarks. - Convenient to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. - Fairly affordable compared to other options. - Staff was friendly and recognized us after the first day. Cons - Window only had a very flimsy bar, made it very dangerous for kids. Unable to leave window open until we left, which is not great for a place with no AC. - Although the room was cleaned everyday and the main areas seem clean, shelves, under the bed and floors were covered in dust. - We were on the sixth floor which requires a small elevator and stairs to get to, not ideal when you have suitcases. - Bathroom had no ventilation, we had to put a fan inside, felt like a sauna without it. - Pillows were as thin as they get. - They require you leaving your key anytime you leave, which is fine, but don’t ask to verify ID or even last name when you come pick it up. Granted the clerk was generally the same person and most likely recognized us, didn’t feel like the safest system.

The property has a good location . A lot of restaurants near by . The only problem I had with the property was the room size . It was tiny , otherwise everything was excellent. The stuff was very nice and place was very clean.

Don't use hotels.com, call the hotel directly

My review is for Hotels.com App and web page. They app showed one price and they charged me more in my credit card, saying the cancellation was not possible. hotels.com are a bunch of crooks. The hotel was fine, but hotels.com is a very shady company and service. Do not use hotels.com. Again the physical hotel was perfect, positive review for the hotel.

THIS HOTEL HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. We stayed in July and suffered with one small table fan. Luckily we only stayed about a day and a half (2 nights). The room is VERY small. They also make you leave your key when you leave the property which is kind of weird. Elevator is very sketchy we used the stairs the whole time. I would not stay here again even if the price was cheaper

Please do not stay in this hotel! The rooms are filthy, and infinitely smaller then they look in the pictures. The hotel smells musty throughout and while the staff are friendly, they are not at all helpful and kept saying that nothing was in their control and an “offsite director” needed to be consulted in order to even consider a refund. We booked for 4 nights but left after the first as we did not want our vacation ruined by our poor accommodations. Do not stay here!

The room was dirty and not accurate to the representations on the website. The lift is TINY! If you have claustrophobia, you will not cope. The lift is the only way to the rooms. The fan was held together with sellotape, the bed was hard and the pillows lacklustre. The Wi-Fi connection was free and strong.
