After a disappointing start due to a room issue and a lack of hot water for two days, the staff really made an effort and significant compensation was offered. From a location standpoint, there are few rivals as the RER from the airport has the Luxembourg stop at the door of the hotel. Nice people, generous breakfast, clean rooms, super-convenient.

The hotel was fine and the staff were nice. My only complaint is the noise: footsteps and chairs being moved on the floor above were very loud—quite different from the usual city or traffic noise. I assume this was due to poor sound insulation typical of older buildings.

A little gem

A great location very close to the metro with direct links to Notre Dam, Gare du Nord and the park just across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great boutique hotel. Love it!

Hotel was in a great neighborhood. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were small but most of Europe is that way. The rooms were immaculate and adorable. Such a nice boutique hotel. Would recommend and would stay again in Paris.

The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location. The staff was great. The room was cute, and perhaps a bit small, but we were out all day so it was not a problem. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. There for the new year, everyone greeted us with smiles and a friendly attitude. They were quick to help with a medical issue and had umbrellas ready when it rained. The restaurant is good for a typical continental breakfast. Lunch is also served but not dinner. The location is fantastic for the Latin Quarter and Luxembourg Gardens. Be mindful that while there is an RER station across the straight, the metro stations are a bit of a walk. The room was stylish, clean and typical size for a European hotel. Not spacious but enough room to feel at home. Being right on the street, it can be a bit noisey early in the morning but otherwise we had no problems sleeping in the comfy king bed. If you want to feel like living in a Parisian neighborhood but still have close access to traditional sites, highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay!

Comfortable stay

this was my third stay at the hotel and I'm already planning another one. The hotel is conveniently located on RER so you just take the train from the airport and when you get off you only cross the street and have arrived at the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, room was clean and warm. We appreciate the kettle in the room.
