We were given a room for 1 single adult. We where told the room was advertised incorrectly on Expedia. 3 nights we were stuck there due to it being Valentines day weekend and could not change rooms. In-addition, the spa was vold water and messages to address it were ignored. The staff was professional but the room above us was constantly banging on our ceiling. We were very disappointed with the neglect by the property to follow up to offer a resolution. Expedia offered $150 refund but never followed through either. We had to file a fraud dispute with financial institution to have it resolved. Both my wife and I are military members and we would not stay at this property again.
