This apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Paris. With a short walk to the metro stop, we were able to experience all Paris had to offer. At the end of the day, we returned to the warm and comfortable apartment to get reenergized for another day of adventures!
Olivier and Ran are perfect hosts. They are quick to respond to questions and requests, and were kind enough to share fresh picked cherries. They live above the apartment and are very kind, but also give you your privacy.
Their apartment is beautiful, efficient and comfortable. They offer a small fridge, a small cooking surface, microwave, silverware, plates, glasses, pots, utensils, silverware and a washer/ dryer. The bathroom is a good size, the shower is larger and water is warm.
The apartment is outside of the tourist area. It is a 15 minute walk to the metro (subway) and about a 15 minute commute to the center of Paris. The metro runs about every 5-7 minutes, so you are never waiting long. There is a bakery immediately across the street, for early morning fresh croissants, but if they have sold out, you will pass another during your trek to the metro. There is also a full grocery store along your route.
Not knowing much about Paris, we are so happy we found Olivier and Ran's apartment and would happily stay there again. It not only gives you easy access to all of Paris' attractions, but allows you to see how typical Parisians live.
