Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with this spacious 1-bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this spacious 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on rue Mazarine in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.

Once the home of Hemingway, Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir, the area still retains a refined bohemian character: the famous Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots are here, alongside excellent bookshops, art galleries, and a superb food market on Rue de Buci. The Luxembourg Gardens are a short stroll away, and the Seine, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame are all within comfortable walking distance.

We loved this place! It is close to two different Metro lines and the RER to the airport. It’s also close to the Louvre and Notre Dame as well as lots of cafes and shopping areas. The street area was hopping during the day but quiet at night, which was perfect. The key cafe pickup was new for me but self explanatory, and we had to store our luggage at a nearby shop until we could get in at 3pm.

The apartment has a lovely bathroom. The kitchen was functional but some of the pans probably need to be replaced. The living room was spacious but needs some deep cleaning, (couch and rug). The location is super. The building is quite handsome and very well maintained. The apartment is well equipped, and although as others have noted the salon furnishings are dated and worn, the bed is comfortable, the linens are clean, and the bathroom well appointed. I would be tempted to book here again. Sadly, the housekeeping and upkeep of the apartment are not what I expect from VRBO. My week long stay (with a water leak under the kitchen sink and very polite but distant communication with the host “team”) left me with the impression that there is apparently no local manager to oversee the cleaning and to handle maintenance problems promptly when and if they arise.

The apartment was well located with easy access to restaurants, the river, Bateaux Bus and Museums. However, check-in required retrieving the key from a lock box at a laundry with no human contact, the key was not available until the exact checkin time. Same procedure for check out. Anyone renting this apartment should be advised in advance that there are no “amenities” ie no soap, no paper towels, no tissues,no shower supplies and remarkably NO TOILEt PAPER. We had to go shopping immediately. There was only one set of towels each for our 4 night stay. Also the elevator is so small only one person and their suitcase fit at a time. Apt on the 6th floor taking the stairs is not an alternative

Great location, on 6th floor, very quiet.Having the elevator was a necessity- elevator was very small but without it going up and down with bags would have been exhausting. Nice kitchen and bathroom- shower access would be a little difficult for someone with mobility issues. Check in was easy and good communication during stay.

The location of this apartment is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere, which was great. The neighborhood was lively but the apartment is courtyard facing, so it was generally quiet and calm. The host was very responsive to our questions and the unit was very clean. Our only dislikes were the oven, which doubles as a microwave and was complicated to use, and the lack of some essentials, like soap in the bathroom. Luckily, there were many stores nearby and we were able to buy everything we needed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the key pickup is at a laundromat. The machine is a little finicky and the address written on the key is incorrect, but it worked just fine in the end.

CAN’T BEAT THE LOCATION! If you like to people watch, this is the place for you!!! Safe, fun, happening neighborhood in the middle of nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a find. I would have given it a 5 star rating if the check in process was less confusing (heads up to a prospective renter…the key pickup is in a laundromat…kinda weird), if the host would have been a bit more responsive to my inquiries, and if the place had had a few more amenities, such as bath soap and some extra towels. All in all, my fiancé and I really enjoyed it and would stay here again if given the chance.

What an amazing stay at this place! It's a cozy parisien house, very well located, in a beautiful and full of life neighborhood and walkable to almost everything. It’s quiet as it’s on a courtward. Location is amazing in the middle of st germain des pres, lots of nice cafes/restaurants. The flat is on the 6th floor with elevator (hard to find in Paris)!

What a gem!!!

Just returned from a 3-night stay at this beautiful property and had an amazing time!The location was superb—right in the heart of the vibrant St. Germain des Prés area, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. It’s also close to the Metro, which made it easy to travel around Paris, and near major landmarks like the River Seine, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre. The self check-in process was straightforward, and all communication from the agent was clear and helpful.The apartment was perfect for two people and very clean. Although it’s on the sixth floor, it was a lovely surprise to find an elevator. We’d definitely recommend this place and will certainly be returning!

Paris apartment of your dreams but lift ne marche pas

this apartment is absolutely lovely. It is situated in a bustling neighborhood walking distance to the Seine on the left bank. The ONLY issue we had was that the lift was not working the entire visit and there was no notification prior to our trip about this. Fortunately for us, we were able to do the 100 stairs to the 6th floor. I do not know what would have happened had we been physically unable to climb that many stairs.
