Completely renovated in 2022 with the help of an architect, the house offers a modern, carefully appointed interior.

Enjoy the 300 m² garden, sheltered from view, for moments of relaxation in the open air. Perfect for sunny breakfasts or peaceful evenings, this garden offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

This exceptional holiday rental comprises :
- a large living area with a fireplace for convivial moments,
- an open-plan kitchen with dining area (Nespresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge which produces ice cube and fresh water, freezer, glasses of champagne),
- one bedroom with double bed (180 cm),
- one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a work desk,
- one bedroom with two single beds and a work desk,
- one bedroom with a child's bed (an adult cannot sleep in this bed),
- a bathroom with shower,

- a WC on each floor (ground floor, 1ᵉʳ floor and 2ᵉ floor in the bathroom),

The Olympic Games, and in particular field field hockey, will be held in the commune of Colombes at the Yves du Manoir stadium. Just 600 meters from the Colombes and Bois Colombes train stations, the house offers easy access to public transport, enabling you to explore the region with ease and reach the capital in just a few minutes. The Rue des Bourguignons and Rue Saint-Denis are both close by, offering a variety of stores, restaurants and a lively Sunday morning market in Colombes, and Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Bois Colombes.
