I had heard stories from people about how dirty and unsafe Paris can be. My experience was the totally opposite! This place was clean and beautiful including the surrounding area. The staff members that greeted us during check in/out were fantastic. The location is very close to metro which allows you access the entire area of Paris. I would stay here again hands down!

So close to the metro. Everything seemed to be closed, all the restaurants and cafes, but I was told that it was because of Aug. 15 holiday.

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff was not welcoming and ruined a birthday surprise (didn’t set anything up that had been previously arranged with the concierge.)
