I had a wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel, situated in one of the city’s most beautiful and affluent neighborhoods. It is right next to the iconic Arc de Triomphe” landmark, with metro stations just a short walk away and bus tour stops conveniently nearby - making it perfect for exploring the area. Much appreciation to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. They graciously changed my room at the last minute to accommodate my needs, which I truly appreciated. The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I enjoyed some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful: tea and coffee with cream, a kettle, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, shoe shiner, shower cap, and more - everything was very useful. And yes, there is an elevator! One thing to note: the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests staying there will need to carry their luggage up one flight of stairs, which could be challenging for some. The €15 breakfast buffet was a great addition, offering a simple array of food options and hot drinks - definitely worth the low cost!

The hotel was very old and while they tried to update it, the rooms are still old and the bathroom was painted a dark green, which when using the toilet you felt trapped.

Great little find of a hotel, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, metro and the Champs Elyesses, the drinks in the hotel were very reasonably priced considering your location in Paris Will stay there again and would recommend Staff were very accommodating, helpful so thanks to them also

I wasn’t in Paris to stay in my hotel room but…..

Room climate horrid….no control of ac …only heat and it was warm in October. Staff not overly friendly. Outside is a mess…with activity and people under windows all night long …and we needed to keep open to get air circulation in. Safe in room didn’t work. Convenient location for riding metro and sightseeing, but overall , disappointed for the price.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I had another great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious (we reserved the jr. suite) and clean. Breakfast had good food options and was convenient for us as we had to eat early before heading to reserved activities. It was an extra charge, but we were okay with this given that we could eat what we needed to give us energy for our busy days. The metro was a short walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us as we used the Metro/RER during our entire trip. There are several restaurants in the area, and a few fast food places- lots of options for dining! Additionally, there’s a market just a few minutes away where you can grab food, water/drinks, and more (we stocked up on water). Lastly, the Champs Elysee is just a short walk from the hotel, and the Arc de Triomphe is also close by (use the metro tunnel to access, don’t try to cross the street at the circle!)

Everything was as expected except for the fact that water will leak out the shower onto the floor unless you shower a certain way. People in the other rooms had the sam problem also. Other than that it’s a perfect place to stay!
