Wow was this ever a let down. Can’t recommend and currently due to my experience I would recommend to avoid. My letter to the Hotel Manager: Upon arrival, it was found that the area under the bathroom sink has not been cleaned for some time. A simple inspection by your staff would have revealed dust and brown spots that were clearly visible. These should have been noticed and cleaned. It appears these spots have been there for weeks if not months. This is an area where personal items as well as towels and wash clothes are placed, therefore, it should always be clean.
Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged and did not allow the water to flow freely. The Shower rod was not assembled properly and had to be corrected by your maintenance staff.
Away from the bathroom now, the coffee maker was leaking water unto the carpet and was unusable due to the amount of water leakage and had to be replaced.
The mini bar was reported as not working and discovered by the staff to be shut off. A pool of water was discovered in the bottom of the unit. The lites in the room do not appear to work correctly , but we have managed to accept the functionality and use cell phone lites when necessary.
The Heat/AC did not work correctly despite repeated attempts at correction. There is more but Travelocity restricts more details. DM me @SaaS_Technology on Twitter. if you want additional details.

The hotel was indeed an excellent hotel. It is located about 3 city blocks from the Eiffel Tower and a few blocks from amazing French restaurants and historical landmarks. The hotel is located in a very safe area! My nieces were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and Restaurants late in the evening without any safety problems. The hotel staff was extremely attentive to our requests and needs. The hotel staff was very professional, positive and nice! We were treated very well! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. We truly loved the hotel and its location. I emailed the hotel prior to my trip and was responded to within 1 hour; to ensure that my specific requested accommodations would be met. During our entire stay; everyone was very nice to us!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to truly enjoy Paris closeup! My family had an amazing vacation in France!

Second Time Around
Pros:Elegant, clean and efficient.
Location: The location is perfect. Close to two metro stations, Kleber and Boissere, an easy walk to the Arc de Triomp, the Champs D'Elysee, and the Eiffel To
We stayed there before last year fro two nights as part of a tour. This year we spent 9 nights in Paris, and were very pleased with both the accommodation and service. The staff was helpful, the rooms were kept clean and tidy.The next time I return to Paris I will stay there again.

It was better than expected, beautiful interior designing.
Pros:Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, many of the sights were within walking distance, located in a quiet neighborhood., not far from the excitement that paris offers.
The Baltimore was absolutely beautiful. Everyone made you feel welcome and at home and there was not a language barrier. They went out of their way to honor several of our special requests, i.e. cabs at certain times and making arrangements at the museums and shows, etc. I would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit the beautiful city called Paris.

Good hotel, great location
Pros:Close restaurants
Nice hotel, comfortable bed. No airconditioning; but was not too much of an issue because I was not in the hotel very much - just early mornings and late evenings.

Beautiful Hotel / Great Location but very little Service
I was more than pleased with the Hotel Baltimore. For me comfort and beautiful surroundings are important for a vacation. I think the bed we slept in was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The rooms have an updated beautiful decor that really presents itself as a top notch hotel.
The area cannot be better. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and Metro acrossed the street are outstanding features. EASY walking distance to the Trocadero and Eifel Tower. Really, can't be beat.
The services left something to be desired. There really is not much room service to speak of, and we found getting ideas about restaraunts, etc to be hard to come by. If you seek a beautiful comfortable hotel in a great location this is it. Don't expect much from the services.
