This apartment was not as represented in the listing. I have rented numerous VRBO's and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I have never written a bad review before, however I think any potential guest should know the situation. The apartment was in poor condition, in almost every aspect. Two of the 3 showers had broken doors & even after they tried to fix them 2 times they were still broken and did not close. The air-conditioning did not work the first night, & then was inconsistent after that. The apartment was dirty even though we got there when the cleaning people were still there (they were running late, even though we had confirmed our arrival time for 4 pm and were told it would be ready). The sofa and chairs in the living room are very stained and dirty, and you would not even want to sit on them. I asked for sheets to cover the furniture so we would be ok sitting on them. The coffee table and other furniture is banged up and in poor condition. All three showers had a lot of mold in them. After I complained about the dirty and moldy condition of the apartment /showers they did send someone to clean them and they did get better but it was quite disgusting before I complained and this should never happen when you check into a place. The sheets on one of the beds had what looked like urine stains on it. And there was other stuffI asked for a reasonable partial refund for all of the issues/problems but the host refused. Would not recommend host/apartment.
