The Space:
This studio is ideally located on the legendary rue Saint-Honoré! Completely renovated, it is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to three people.
The studio includes:
âą A living space: bright and equipped with a convertible sofa bed for two people (140 Ă 200 cm), a convertible armchair for one person, a Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi access and storage.
âą A kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
âą A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
âą A bathroom: includes a bathtub and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hoursâ notice and subject to availability. Please note we do not provide baby linen.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-ins from 2pm.
Early Check-ins: Requests to check in before 2pm will be confirmed 24 hours in advance and may incur a charge of 50% of a nightâs rate.
Late Check-outs: To extend your stay past the standard time, confirmation is required 24 hours prior, and a fee of 50% of a nightâs rate may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: âŹ150 required for access to the property, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days after departure, provided no damages are reported.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Respect the neighbors and avoid loud noises to prevent deposit deductions.
Power Cut Notice: Scheduled power cut from November 6, 2023, 11:30 pm to November 7, 2023, 11:45 pm. This is a planned event by local authorities, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused.
Internet Etiquette:
Usage: Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted material and browsing prohibited sites. We are not liable for any internet issues from telecom operators.
Professional Usage & Photography:
Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, or commercial use without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservation Age: The minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. No refunds will be issued if this rule is not followed.
