Beautiful, spacious And comfortable for family of five, quiet street, walking distance to Opera and Louvre, Air conditioning in all three bedrooms. Only small inconveniences: drain in one bathroom was clogged, drain in other stunk, door hinges were squeaky. Overall we loved it and highly recommend it.

Not what we expected

This apartment has great potential. But, our stay had many issues. First, it is advertised as being in the 1st Arrondissement, but is was in the 2nd. The street we were on had significant construction requiring it to be closed for 2 days. The building next door was also under construction which lead to a lot of noise and scaffolding outside the window. Upon arrival, we learned the elevator was out of service requiring us to walk up to the 4th floor for 5/7 days when it was finally repaired. The host took care of most of our other issues such as: poor drainage in the sinks and showers, the lack of silverware and the internet which did not work (even after repair it was poor) The layout was great, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining area. Good potential, but needs some work.

2nd time at this apartment, great stay even with major issues

This is my second time staying at this exact apartment and the location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is safe, .spacious, and well appointed. It fit four adults and two young children comfortably and the neighborhood is safe and has a ton of restaurants and grocery stores around.We did encounter some issues though, and the first one was in the third bedroom that has its own shower. There is a foul smell that you have to deal with. We could not locate the reason for the smell and we were able to just live with it, but we did have to spray air freshener in order to avoid the smell there.On our fourth night there one of the sinks in the bathroom started to majorly overflow and leak out into the dining room for no reason. The hosts were very responsive in getting someone to look at it even though it was midnight and they were willing to repair it quickly. They have excellent communication and the app that they use to communicate is very very helpful. Overall, I like working with these hosts and the apartment is in such a lovely area that I would stay again. Next time I probably would mention the foul smell upon my arrival rather than ignoring it because I do believe that the host would have tried to fix it as they are very accommodating. I would stay here a third time!

Appartement spacieux très bien situé

Logement spacieux au calme en dernier étage et bien situé. Belle pièce de vie. Très agréable. Salles de bains bien équipées. Par contre, vaisselle en quantité insuffisante (manque d’assiettes , de bols, carafe, saladier, quelques couverts)
